Crotale on "Do I have Legal Rights?"

Back in May 2010, I created a custom Gears of War 3 image as a facsimile of the official logo. I contacted Epic Games and they have stated the image is copyrighted to me, even though they own the trademark and intellectual properties to the Gears of War franchise. I found out last week that Paul Jr. Designs (PJD) is selling t-shirts with my design on them. Here is my original: http://crotale.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2pmfw3 and here is the T-shirt graphic: http://pauljrdesigns.com/product/5B8/PJ-PJD1726/black/. Zoom in on both images and you will see the logo is the same.

I contacted PJD, where I was informed that Epic Games provided the logo artwork. I checked with Epic and they deny sending that particular graphic or having used the graphic. I have a good working relationship with Epic and have no reason to believe they would deceive me or misappropriate my artwork.

I have sent a DMCA "takedown" notice to PJD's webhost but have not heard anything back from them yet. I am not looking for compensation, but I do not want my art being sold without permission or credit due to me as being the artist. Do I have legal rights in this regard or do I simply have to roll over and allow this company to commercially sell my artwork without my permission, credit for the work, and no compensation?

Is any chance to remove a site from your database ?
This is because Google lists everything showing complete address phone etc etc
In my country there is a Law that enable to take legal action when Private Info are listed in Pubblic list and not authorized by the person.

I use a host of Anti-Plagiarism tools at work including copyscape, plagium, turnitin, etc but they still seem to fail at times. I am considering ithenticate.com. Does any one here have any experience using it or any other superior service?

The front page news articles we all read, most of the time have another source.

When sharing these stories on your site, or linking to them from your site, what is too much to get the reader interested.

Do you copy the first paragraph then give a link to the actual article, or the first few sentences. What is too much when linking to news stories.

I ask this out of curiosity and to possible prove a point to a friend (we all know, everyone likes to be right).

Is it me, or are registrar companies who charge for Transferring out really mean?

It should really be illegal, and I know that nominet supposedly 'ban' it and protect user rights, but lets face it, they do bugger all most of the time.

Hi, wondered if anyone has ever had any joy dealing with getting Blogger.com to remove blogspot hosted domains removed that plagiarise (or steal in common parlance!) content?
