It's simple to get setup as a domain reseller (look at WildWestDomains.com). I have had to use telephone customer service and found it adequate. They sales team isn't too pushy. They do mention upgrades or extensions, but that is to be expected. There web-based application works well and is constantly being upgraded/improved. They do offer just about every service you can imagine related to domains and their administration. Their prices are middle-of-the-road in my opinion.</p> <p>Having said that, I do prefer medium sized "Mom and Pop" organizations that are 1)Technically competent 2)Cater to technically competent customers who prefer online self service 3)continually improving and expanding their service offerings. If you have any queries, you can just give 'em a bell, and they will sort it straight away. I have always been with these guys from back when we gained a load of domains from a hosting company which went pop. </p> <p>Hassle free. Honest and fair.
