If you're thinking about outsourcing some grunt work please give me a shout, I'm Caribbean-based, got too much time and never enough $$ on my hands. Pretty proficient at html coding, graphics editing, multimedia content. Bilingual (English/German) - Can do sound track recording and photography, and flash in co-op with my mate and partner in Italy who is a real wizard. He does a lot of flash and video editing (his middle name is AfterEffects, typical Italian name...).
