The ratings on this site don't go high enough for Blacknight. Whenever we launch a product or service, I always think about how we can offer customer service and support that comes just close to that of Blacknight. Their support team know exactly what they are doing and they really understand that uptime is extremely important outside the tech world.
Blacknighttake an active interest in their customers too. A customer is not just a number to them. I occasionally get emails from their CEO to make sure everything is in order and get regular security updates from them when I've been lazy.
Blacknight are not afraid to put in the effort and a current customer is just as important as a new customer. This is really quite difficult to explain unless you've experienced it for yourself.
Blacknight are not the cheapest hosting provider but they are by far the best. We've been with Blacknight for almost two years now and don't see any change in the future.
I am a real person and this was not a paid review. Save yourself time, effort and the money you would lose from hours of downtime by choosing Blacknight.

Their uptime is excellent as well. We have over 100 website hosted with Blacknight, and I could not fault them at all.
Having used many other hosting companies, their backend and control panel is self explanatory, and requires no training.
