The up-time and hosting capabilities of Carparthia are good and we have no complaints regarding these services.

However, if you have an issue that is outside of their process, they will avoid or ignore you completely. They consistently quote, and hide behind, company policy or process even when they agree with you that your issue doesn't fit into their "system".

As a result, customer service is terrible with little to no real escalation. Passing your call onto a colleague for escalation with no real authority to resolve problems doesn't count in my books. My recommendation is, avoid this one...there are plenty of others out there with much better customer service.
