Dot servant is based in Malaysia and it offers affordable web hosting solutions that are based around Linux. It supports PHP, MySQL and Ruby on Rails, amongst other technologies, and supplies services to both individuals and businesses. Server specifications vary, according to the hosting package chosen.

There are a number of budget hosting plans. Web space starts at 20GB for a starter package and rises to 200GB for the Commerce Plan.

All Dot Servant web hosting plans offer email features, as well as a web control panel and file manager. There are a number of customer support options. There is a Knowledge Base section that deals with common website issues and, for more specific questions and problems, there is a ticketed helpdesk area and an emergency contact option.

Server Location
All servers are located in a secure data center in Jacksonville, Florida.
