EasyCGI is a good place for me to host my little asp.net sites.

I haven't seen any problems but I found the panel confusing for the first time.
When I contact to them I solve my confusion...

I can only say one thing - stay away from this company!
I was a happy customer of an excellent hosting company called WebStrikeSolution.
Unfortunately, EasyCGI bought Webstrike business along with all the customers database on March 2009, along with my hosting account which was migrated to EasyCGI.
The migration process itself was terrible and unprofessional with many unacceptable problems:
1. EasyCGI copied the site to the wrong location on their server (IIS was not pointing to the root folder).
2. They restored a copy of the site that was 3 weeks old and put it online - until I figured out the problem, users have already created new data in the database, so I had to waste many hours trying to sync between the two access database records (I had a duplicate key issues because of that). Of course EasyCGI did not have an up to date backup (luckily I had).
Since then my site experienced many hours of downtime and it took them way too long to respond to each downtime incident and to bring the site back online... so gracefully, they agreed to give me access to their premium support, for 2 month for free. But guess what, when the two months expired and they began charging for the premium support I have asked them to cancel the premium support – what do you think that they did? You guess it- they have canceled my hosting account and took the site offline.
And last but not least, this month there was a billing issue (something to do with credit I had in the account that was not reflected in the invoice), 1 day after I have received the corrected invoice (and even before i had the chance to pay - again due to a problem in their billing system that showed the wrong amount) they have pulled the plug and took the site offline.
To summarize the above - if you value your money or your website, skip this company.
There are much better deals in the market (from both price & service perspectives)

EasyCGI is a US based web hosting company which claims to be amongst the top ten hosting providers around the world. The company is owned by the Endurance International Group, a large organisation which also owns over 50 different hosting brands including Globat, PureHost, BlueHost and SuperGreen Hosting.
EasyCGI was originally founded in 1996 and has more than 15 years experience in the web hosting business. The company specialises in Windows-based shared web hosting and offers a range of plans, although Linux-based VPS hosting is also available.
EasyCGI Hosting Plans
EasyCGI has three shared hosting plans for customers to choose from. Each plan is based around Windows and offers a choice of Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 hosting environments. The plans allow customers to host unlimited domains and FTP accounts.
● The Advanced X plan provides customers with 350 GB disk space and 3,500 GB bandwidth per month. This plan limits the number of POP3 email accounts to 500 and MySQL databases to 50.
● The Advanced X2 plan allows for 500 GB disk space, 5,000 GB monthly bandwidth, 1,000 POP3 email accounts and 100 MySQL databases.
● The Advanced X4 plan provides 750 GB disk space, 7,500 GB monthly bandwidth and unlimited POP3 email accounts and MySQL databases.
Linux-based VPS web hosting is also available through EasyCGI. There are four plans available and each plan comes with a dedicated IP address and allows customers to host an unlimited number of sites.
● The Linux VPS X plan provides 256 MB RAM (burstable up to 512 MB), 20 GB disk space and 500 GB bandwidth per month.
● The Linux VPS X2 plan offers a step up from the low cost option. This brings 512 MB RAM (burstable up to 1 GB), 30 GB disk space and 1000 GB monthly bandwidth.
● The Linux VPS X4 plan provides 1 GB RAM (burstable up to 2 GB), 50 GB disk space and 2000 GB bandwidth per month.
● The Linux VPS X10 plan is the top end VPS plan available through EasyCGI. This gives 2 GB RAM (burstable up to 4 GB), 100 GB disk space and 2000 GB bandwidth per month.
The company provides a range of add-ons which are chargeable in addition to the basic cost of hosting. These include site backups, SSL Certificates, a SiteLock and professional SEO services.
EasyCGI has an affiliate program and a reward program for successful referrals. Customers can also opt for a reseller program if they wish to sell their own white label web hosting.
EasyCGI Uptime/Downtime
EasyGCI maintains a strict uptime policy on its servers and systems. Its hosting plans are advertised with 99.9% uptime, but this does not appear to be backed up by a guarantee. There are no published uptime statistics to refer to, so it’s hard to say how well it adheres to this SLA.
EasyCGI stores its data on two data centres located in Boston, USA. Its servers operate in a pooled environment protected by two firewalls, and the data centre has 24-hour security, 365 days a year.
EasyCGI Support
All of the hosting accounts from EasyCGI come with 24/7 live support. This is provided through a telephone line manned by in-house staff, a live chat facility and an online ticketing system. Self support systems include a knowledge base, user guides and a range of tutorials.
EasyCGI is also open to feedback and suggestions from their customer and have provided a specific form for this purpose. However, there is no Facebook page or Twitter feed, so support over social media is not an option here.
EasyCGI in the News
EasyCGI has its own news page where staff post articles, interviews and other news items. At the time of writing, the latest article was dated 2008, so presumably this is the point they were taken over by Endurance International Group. There are no stories, good or bad, in any of the major technological media sites, suggesting that EasyCGI’s services are relatively reliable.
Easy CGI Control Panel
Customers are provided with EasyCGI’s own custom control panel for website administration and management. The control panel seems comparable to cPanel in its look and feel, although there are undoubtedly some differences in its capability.
There is a useful tutorial available for their customers to familiarise themselves with EasyCGI’s control panel. This is a good resource to refer to if you want to get a feel for it before you dive in.
EasyCGI Extras
EasyCGI provides a range of extras to help new customers get started with a new website. These include Google Adword credits, Google webmaster tools and Yahoo!/Bing marketing credits. There is a free site builder and their hosting supports PHP, Perl, .Net Framework, Ajax, WordPress and more.
EasyCGI Money Back Guarantee / Cancellation Policy
New customers are given EasyCGI’s eXtreme guarantee. This is a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting costs only, which is fairly standard at this price point. Refunds do not include setup fees, domain registration fees and other additional services that have been purchased on top of a hosting plan. Note that the eXtreme guarantee is only available where the customer has paid for their account with a credit card.
EasyCGI customers have to give thirty days notice in order to cancel their account. The company states that it may charge for the full term of the contract if customers cancel before the end of their agreed term. There is no indication on how customers would qualify for a refund of any unused months service, so it’s probably safe to assume that the full term payment would be due.
EasyCGI Summary
The hosting offered by Easy CGI is undoubtedly aimed at a niche. Shared Windows hosting is not usually offered, and when it is, it often takes second place to Linux hosting. In this sense, EasyCGI would be a good choice for anyone specifically looking for Windows-based shared hosting and a company which specialises in this area.
Beyond this, the support, guarantees and terms of service offered by EasyCGI’s hosting plans are relatively standard for web hosting and offer little in terms of innovation. This is perhaps to be expected, given their relationship to a massive company which owns a number of similar hosts.

In all parameters basically an average service nothing more nothing less. There are certainly better providers out there but for small ones this will do.
