Host Color has its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, and its customer base is mainly spread across North America, Europe and Australia. It sets out to provide a hosting service which is both accommodating and reliable, coupled with friendly technical support that is in tune with customers needs.
Customer support can be reached by phone, support tickets, e-mail and live chat. All of its “100% 24/7” support is provided by in-house employees, based in its Bulgarian office.
Host Color has received several awards over the years. Most recently these include being selected by the Web Host Directory in October 2008 as the “Best VPS Provider” and as the “Best for Shared Hosting” in December 2007.
Host Color offers a “Buy and Try” policy, which means that if you are dissatisfied with its hosting provision, you should be eligible to stop using them and get a refund (subject to terms).

Host Color’s main data center in South Bend, Indiana. It also has overseas facilities in Europe: Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Sofia, Bulgaria.
