Host Department has had continuous problems for the last year. At least once a week, sites are down or painfully slow. Right now sites have been down for 4 days and slow for a week before that. Now, with sites down, you can not get anyone on the phone, via email, via support ticket, or via live chat. They have been making excuses and promises of a time when these problems will be fixed for the last 4 days and so far they have not met any of them.

If it was only my sites that were down, I could live with that but every one of their customers websites are down. None of their servers are working and they don't seem to have the knowledge to repair them.

You get the same support person everytime you do get through but they give you a different, made up name each time.

Whatever you do.....do NOT host with Host Department. It will be the death of your business as it has been for mine.
