I've been with HostDime.com for a little over 5 months now, I've had to contact support a few times and it's always been quick and fixed within minutes the longest ticket I had to wait for was 30 minutes.

I have not had no downtime at all, i have a vps and a dedicated server with them.
The price could be better, but you get what you pay for and they sure provide a great service with the most reliable server / provider i've been with.

They have a great support. Quick answer, they solve almost any problem that get into their hands. I own a reseller plan and I have nothing to complain about it. I have some difficulties, though, when setting up RoR applications, but since my clients don't use that much, I can stick with PHP only. Cpanel and WHM to manage the domains make this host just perfect for my everyday hosting needs

Hostdime has a good set of features. If the services are up everything works very well.
But the Uptime is very bad. Over the last 2 years it happened that during periods of some weeks the services are not reachable. Sometimes daily, some times even various times per day. And it happened frequently that we were without access to our websites and e-mails for hours.
The problem seemed to be in all cases heavy load on the server. When posting the same problems over again we had to go through the helpdesk levels to explain that it is not a local problem but a problem with the server. The helpdesk employees do not seem to have access to previous issues, or don't look at them.
I asked repeatedly if there would be a real solution to the problems but never got an answer to that question. Mostly the server was restarted, or I suggest some processes ended and the problem reappeared again.
So, my experience is that hostdime provides a very poor service. We are looking for alternatives

Let me just say: HostDime rocks. HostDime is perhaps one of the most affordable and most professional hosts that I have ever worked with. They very well seem to pride themselves in customer satisfaction, and they have always succeeded in keeping me satisfied.

I have been with HostDime for nearly 4 years now. Their dedication to providing great services has continued to astound me, as well as their prompt and polite support.

On the topic of their support: It is not uncommon for me to request CNAMEs and A RECORDs added to my domains pointing to their nameservers. I'm quite sure most companies would be irritated with my frequent pickiness and specific requests regarding such modifications. Their staff has continued to endure my requests promptly and politely, after well over 50 tickets made for such requests.

As for performance of their servers, I must say, it's far better than every other host I've used. Server loads are usually around half of what they can do (with 8 processing cores) during peak hours.

I would (and do, on a near daily basis) suggest HostDime as a very reliable and professional host at a very competitive price.

Around 2 years back me and friends meet and decided to start a hosting company now the next task was to locate a domain registrar which provides cheap and good service and other task was to find a web hosting company. We found hostdime even though the prices were comparatively high but we though to give it a try and we started with paying monthly and with domain registrar we paid minimum start up fees now we have changed domain registrar 3 times but till now we have been sticking with hostdime.

Once my site was infected with virus hostdime people give a great response with it and guided us with complete security. Other experience was that with my clients got infected now there were around 10 clients and all of them were cleaned quickly. When ever i have asked for help these people reply in 2 to 3 hours and maximum when i get response was 4 hours.

Thats what i can say about hostdime their pricing is a bit high but service quality is A1
