HostedFX has wonderful uptime and when I was having my site hosted, I experienced no trouble - Until I needed website support.

They didn't even have their online support on, and I couldn't get assistance. They have no phone numbers only "ticket" systems.

I went to get my 30 days money back and it took a LONG time of arguing and back and forth emailing when they clearly stated I could get a refund.

Then, 11 months later, I get an invoice I'm about to be charged for another year when I'm not even being hosted by them.

Don't use this site, it's a nightmare for support unless you just want to put a site up and host it, and never need support.
