I've used Pair for both shared and dedicated hosting for about seven years. Reliability is near-perfect: in fact, I don't recall any downtime at all in that time. Support for dedicated hosting issues is extremely quick and and generally helpful. With the shared hosting, I have experienced slow and somewhat unhelpful service.
I´ve been with Pair since the beginning of time. VERY stable and very good server times. I would reccomend pair to anyone where stability is the #1 factor. Pricing is a little high but you get what you pay for here in life. Big plus for people with tonnes of domains as you can add unlimited amounts to each account. If you add 20 at a time they skip the setup fee.
