Good reliable hosting. Not particularly cheap but then that's the point. It's a higher level of service than the stack 'em high, sell 'em cheap approach. Feature wise there isn't much of a control panel so you'll need to be prepared to install stuff yourself. Support is responsive and helpful.

Overall I'm really pleased with them and if a site grows from cheaper reseller hosting I'll move it on to Positive's z-hosting package.
