how bad there support is.
handled non existant. i filed for an upgrade (so i wanted to pay more money to them.)
support ticket answered at week later with a lie. we dont have that one in stock. then i talk to some one eles yep we got it right here. then another week passes still no word on when im going to get the upgrade (oh btw the person i talked to nice guy. was the CFO . no one from the sales department picks up the phone no one from the support department picks up the phone no one from the billing department picks up the phone no even in the purchasing department.

some one whos looking to pay for the server and never hear from them agian.

NOT EVEN TO MY COMPEITOR (well im lieing i have recommeded them to compeitors and will keep doing soo. :P
