This kind of support is greatly appreciated. Your technician was so knowledgeable in solving my problem. I don't usually have problems and it is really great to be able to chat with an expert and get the problems solve right away. Just getting to know how to use my Geek account and set up email for each domain in the account.
I immediately thought to contact the Siteground technical support when an error that google couldnt help me, poped up. The helpdesk agent after greeting me asked me what the problem was. I guided her to recreate the error and very fast she replied back. Unfortunately it was not something she could solve but had to transfer my case to next level and raise a support ticket for me.
In general the HD agent was very kind, precise and helpful.
The uptime is one of the main reasons I chose siteground but the amazing customer service is why I plan on being a life long customer and will continue to recommend siteground. It has been almost 2 years and I have never waiting more than 10 seconds for a representative to pick up and they always provide the support I need.
I have been using SiteGround for two Wordpress websites for several years. The first thing I notice is that their tech support is extremely good and responsive. I just had an issue upgrading to PHP 7, for example, and one of their agents took care of it for me immediately over a chat session. I have always gotten agents who really knew what they were doing when I needed them. Their sites also seem more responsive than others I have tried for shared hosting. I notice it, for example, in how fast updates take, and even in how quickly Wordpress responds when I am editing pages. Further, they are good about providing advice. As an example, I made the PHP upgrade in response to an email from them that noted the advantages. They provided a tool that automatically checked my theme and plugins for compatibility.
The prices are not the lowest, but seem reasonable for the quality and especially the service. I have a mid-level shared hosting plan, which seems like a high value point.
I have been a customer with sitegound for almost a year now. Initially i was with Godaddy and i must say that Siteground is much more reliable , professional and customer service oriented. They provide support 24/7 on chat and phone without long waiting time. Unlike Godaddy, for every small little technical problem , need to wait 45-60min at least. Therefore i'd highly recommend Siteground to anyone.
I have to say I'm over the moon with Siteground's service! The user account and Cpanel are easy to use and straight forward, the knowledge-base is very informative. If I have a problem I submit a ticket and it is replied to within minutes!
I would highly recommend Siteground's service to anyone looking for hosting, beginner or expert.

The only thing that would be useful would be a forum, but I suppose since the support is so good it may not be needed.
Plenty of free addon features included like a Wordpress optimisation plugin, and free SSL. And most importantly, 110% excellent service - responsive, intelligent, simple to use - streets ahead of the other 2 hosting companies I've tried previously. Live chat with around 50 agents available any time of day or night, and usually respond within a few seconds. Go out their way to be helpful and offer impartial advice.
My first experience with SiteGround customer support - and it's the best support I have aver experienced online. Polite, on point and extremely knowledgable - what more can you ask for? They helped transfer my site effortlessly and made sure I knew what was going on at all times - regardless of my inexperience.
As and inexperienced small business owner, I'm very happy with the support I've received. Within 2 hours after becoming an customer with them they gave me a call asking if I needed help with anything. They support acymailing with at least 400 mail sends / hour. Staff members have good speaking skills and very nice patient fellows.
I tried to view my payments under billing which were surprisingly not visible. On chatting with one of the support staff, I was advised that due to a change in payment providers at SiteGround, the accounts were migrated and hence all past bills were no longer visible and could only be sent via email.
I understand that chat services are available, but it's also good to have this type of information on hand without help.

The 24 hour chat support truly makes Siteground a joy to have as the host for my clients websites! I'm well into my second year with SiteGround and I'm always impressed with the quality and speed to solution I get with their support team! Most other hosts are less responsive if not requiring a higher subscription to get this level of service.
My website has been with SiteGround for more than a year because I just don't have time to switch. When I left HostMonster, the SiteGround people promised a seamless one-click transfer because HostMonster used cPanel; however, that did not happen due to some never-fully-explained glitch. I had to upload the entire website, move domain, move email, etc. All of the password protection that was set up through cPanel had to be redone once the site was moved. It took about one week to discover that the $3.95/month website had very small amount of memory for email accounts, so I had to bump up to the "Grow Big" account, and still have to archive my email every six months. Somewhere along the way a useless add-on called "Hack Alert" got added for an additional fee, and it took awhile before I noticed and was able to cancel. On renewal the monthly fee went up to more than $13.00 per month, and shortly after the renewal, my Domain ID Protection expired and was coming up with a $24.00 renewal AFTER already paying $14.95 to renew registration. I moved the domain registration to Hover and got ID Protection AND an extra year registration for about $11.00, and my domain is still registered with Tucows. As for the service, they do have quick response to the chat line, but the reps are handling many calls at once: after you get that first response it can take a good 5 minutes to get the question in, and 15-30 minutes to get through a simple question to a simple answer. I can't prove that they are talking to three people at once, but if not they sure do not know much about the service. It's about 50/50 as to whether the answer will be right, the action done, etc. Some of the service people are great, but most of them just give you the boiler-plate answer and don't really listen to the question or take the time to understand the problem. It usually takes three times around before a technical support person will actually give a researched answer and/or fix the problem. I hope you are wrong about SiteGround being the best out there, because I will soon be looking for a better service.
I run small 3 small web sites for clubs and community groups to which I belong. I started with 1&1 , then JustHost both of which I was and remain dissatisfied, mostly because when I need support, which is very seldom, they both have been curt and patronizing to the point of being rude. JustHost also did a lousy job of transferring one site from1&1 for which I paid extra and for which they would take no responsibility. I eventually did it on my own with little effort.
I don't remember how I found SiteGround but they have proven to be great value and always provide support politely without making me feel foolish for not knowing something. I always recommend SiteGround to friends and would do so to anyone running a small site with email on a shared server. SiteGound may well be great for bigger users, but I cannot vouch for that.
I had some problems finding the wright tool / link to register my free domain.
I just had the time to enplane my problem and my domain was already registered for me.

I love that at 11pm, I could reach out to SiteGround and get help via chat. I was led exactly to where I needed to go and told exactly what I needed to do to get my website up-and-running. Not only that, but the SiteGround rep who assisted me explained why I needed to do those things so that I was learning about SiteGround plus getting my problem resolved.
I set up a SiteGround account for WordPress hosting and I've been really impressed with their services. Their UI is intuitive, their WP wizard install is quick and painless, online support pages are extensive and easy to find answers. Most of all when you can't figure out a problem their support is outstanding. I've used their online chat and never waited more than a few minutes for a support agent. My problems have been identified and a solution found very quickly. They live up to their claim "Amazing technical support is our pride".
I saw Bluehost being recommended on every blog I landed on. And I was 99.9% close to hosting my new blog with them until that *are you sure?*question kept popping up in my head.
I kept noticing a trend in all the reviews for Bluehost from popular blogs, they were all earning $$$$ as Bluehost affiliates, hence the exaggerated reviews. So I dug deeper for genuine reviews and found out the negative experiences people were having with them.
The one thing that matters the most for any hosting company, is customer service. Imagine your site crashes out of nowhere or goes down for 10+ minutes? Would you mind waiting in a queue for 45 minutes+ to get a response from someone?
I decided to test that out with Bluehost. I opened the live chat at 9.45pm and got my "hello" at 11.27pm. How's that for a first impression?
I went over to siteground because I had read about their excellent customer service and fast page speed, and it was like a breath of fresh air. No kidding. I got my hello within a minute and whatever issue I had solved within 4-5 minutes. Just like that! I've contacted them multiple times now and no fuss nothing.
Bottom line: If you're looking to start a blog as a hobby, go with any web host you like. But if you want to start a blog to make money online, you gotta treat it like a business. Go for Siteground and you'll not be disappointed.

In all these years, I have to say that if you are NOT with Siteground, then you are setting yourself up for hassles which will be time consuming and expensive.
Siteground stands alone... ALONE as far as service! The last guy who helped me on the Chat brought a tesr to my eye he was soooooo helpful, BAILED ME OUT, and then went out of his way to ask me to take care of myself and not worry about stuff - that this is WHY they are here, to help me! Ivayo is his name. But let me say that it's not JUST him! Siteground goes out of their way, ALL service agents here are on to of their game, they care and they get stuff done with a smile on their face!
I am an acupuncturist by trade who has had to do all of her own website stuff for a long time, and even though I know and have learned a lot since 1995 on the internet stuff... Siteground continues to SAVE THE DAY!
Today, I transfered a colleagues website to 'help' them out. The wordpress page got all screwed up in the transfer... Siteground fixed it all and then went out of their way to tell ME to not get stressed out, it's "Sunday" he told me... he was happy to help!

Great service! I was ordering online and my order failed. After reaching out via chat, guys called me back within 2-3 mins and explained that I was behind VPN and that was the reason the order did not automatically go through. Order went though within minutes after the call and was able to proceed with domain transfer.
I have been using Siteground for years for my company websites. Uptime is always like 100%. Web hosting speed is always insane because the servers are all pure SSDs. Supporting is perfect, 24/7, I can chat with them anytime.
For the price, this hosting provider is so steal. A lot cheaper comparing to the others!

We're an IT company based out of Texas and have gone through some bad host and some ok and decent one but siteground is at another level. We're pretty knowledgeable but when we need some help these guys always bails us out without that condescending attitude at other hosts.

Ever since switching over to Siteground from 1and1 after 5 years of being with them my experience has been night and day different. Support is fast and knowledgeable, the setup was easy, the documentation is great, my site is fast, the billing is simple and easily understood.
It's allowed me to get everything done much easier and focus on the building of my site rather than dealing with service provider issues. I'm always discovering something new that's just built into the service that I used to be billed for which is amazing.

Fantastic support and features, in particular the newly-added support for SSL over the free Cloudflare plan. I'm also a fan of their multi-level server caching and Wordpress plugin to configure it. They do make setting up complex tasks quite easy, and are on hand to help if you need it. All this combined with fast server speed makes for a 5-star product and service!

The discount certainly helped to sweeten the deal, although the free CloudFlare CDN, daily backups, SSD servers and the free SSL were the primary attractions. In today's business world, you must have a website. If you have a website, it must load fast, be protected and secure, as well as be online all the time. Having SSD disk drives and an extremely fast network connection sure makes the website load fast, having free SSL is essential for e-commerce websites and I appreciate the free wildcard SSL, but what I love most is the uptime. I use special tools that check my websites' http connection every minute and report any downtime. Since I started using SiteGround on October 2016, I have not received a single notification about my website being down. 100% uptime for me.
The price is affordable and if you count all the features you get you can say it is downright cheap!!! Soon it will be my 5th year with SiteGround. The speed of their servers, high quality - the newest server components like SSD with working all infrastructure. Well from connection to servers they are the best. Wheile being with them I had 2 websites in Europe with anpoother provider but after few months I moved them to Siteground too. Doesn't matter if your website is in USA or Europe they are company that is the best. Some time ago they offerd additional service to speed up the website with CloudFlare. From cpanel of Siteground, you can set up account of CloudFlare for about $12 when separate (almost identical) service from CloudFlare is about $12. This can bring (in my case) ping from 35-40ms to 5-8ms and there is no additional (except activate) work to do.
Support is super and very knowledgeable, proffesional and FAST. They answer very fast - few times I checked the times and it was crazy like even 3-5 minutes and if there was a bigger problem they send info how long this may take, like today when I write this it took them about 15 minutes to fix it, wow I love those guys!
I host with them 5 websites and 6-th website I'm creating now will be hosted also by SiteGround.
They are really affordable, I hate word cheap but they also offer cheap packages with the same quality and speed as for bigger men. Siteground help me to resolved many problem, they are fast and speed to response. The customer service are cool and pleasant. They help me also to resolved a billing problem, they offer me an more time to make my website backup. The only support its good and the server run speedly. I'm happy. They stay my favourite hosting.
I leave bluehost and come here. Very good support! That is very important! And you always know how much have resources left. It is clear what you get and what you spent. But biggest good thing is support from SiteGround. That support is very helpful for people without programing knowledge and people who need bigger requests for web sites.
This is my 3rd year with SiteGround, and the first time I'm not stressing about every time I need to contact the service. Over the past 10+ years, I've been with 3 different hosting providers, some "award winning customer services" were impossible to reach, while some failed at providing what they sold you.
Anyways, during my 2nd year with SG, I was confident enough to start transferring my other websites to them, and as of now I host 3 websites at SG, and counting. There were no hidden fees. No "you're limited to this or that". Not once did any of the sites crash. They may seem expensive, but they're really not for what you're getting.
And most importantly, I absolutely love the costumer service. They don't talk to you like robots, you can crack a joke or two, they are super friendly, and they will handle everything for you - sometimes even the stuff you need to do on your own (like, setting up WP).

SiteGround are fabulous. I've been using SiteGround for a little over a year now for a number of websites and sub-domains and they've been fantastic. The live chat seems to be always available and the staff know their stuff, are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Hosting is generally much of a much so the thing that always sways it for me is the level of customer support and SiteGround win that's hands down over other hosting providers I've used in the past. The services and packages they offer are very good, and their user interface clear and logical. I've had no downtime that I'm aware of.

The folks at Siteground have always been top notch. I cannot say perfect but much better than any of their competitors I have dealt with. I have great uptime and fantastic support. When renewal time came I was presented wit ha pretty decent deal. Not the cheapest but I know what I have here and will pay the extra.
Very pleased! After much research and comparison of reviews/fetures, we elected to move our hosting to SiteGround. The migration (handled by SG Team) was fast and flawless. Our site load time is now very consistent, and is substantially faster! It was averaging/fluctuating between 2.3s - 8.4s, and now it is staying around 1.1s.
We had some difficulty getting the SSL situation handled, and did not realize we needed to reset MX records, but it all was resolved through excellent customer support.
We are very pleased, and strongly recommend SiteGround for hosting and related services! Thank you!!!
I am a longtime user of Crazydomains and Godaddy, recently one of my clients asked me to transfer to siteground and the change is UNREAL! I regret ignoring reviews and not jumping on Siteground years ago.
The support is 10/10, speed is about 200% faster and features are super simple to use. My move was difficult, I made a few mistakes when I calibrated my Wordpress site, but Martin Vulchev from Sitegrounds tech chat fixed everything, then tweaked my cache so the website loaded faster and then sat with me for 30 minutes to help me deal with Crazydomains.

I've worked and got into technical or comminication problems with lots of hosting compoanies.. Maybe problem is me but please read and understand how pros do their job and I become happy with them..
I'am with Siteground for about 1 year and my heavyly loaded resource hungry site has been 100% uptime.. So for this reason I have nothing to complain and write for their techside.. But something rised up, just 3 days ago I ask my sister to renew our account and when the statement came I was suprised with charge.. It was doubled.. I felt really mad and instantly get on chat with siteground support team.. Yea, really instantly no waiting for your ticket tech or sales person to answer..
Anyway, we got on the chat and they have explained me everything.. Because of I am as a new customer, I purchased the service with %50 promotion.. So thats why renewal charge was doubled.. When I am calm I can see that as an unlikeable marketing strategy and go on with them but I have once gone mad and ask for the refund.. At this stage they really got my respect.. They again accept my conditions and kindly accept the refund.. They didnt bla bla or get my nerve higher.. Instead, they kindly talked, explained and proved that requested action can be taken for my turf.. This is really good.. Really really good..
If a company rocks like that, I gladly continue working with them..
Siteground is one of the best hosting services there is, always improving their quality, giving great customer service and with attractive plan offers, if you want to go pro, go Siteground!
It has improved security and performance with the reliability of CloudFlare an it´s rare to have problems with downtime, but If I ever had any problem, the customer service is always there when I need it to help me professionally and without any judgments from their part, even if it was my fault. And it even let me choose server locations for commodity (USA, Europe, Asia-pacific).
It offers a variety of web hosting plans, shared, dedicated and cloud hosting, and it´s great for blog hosting, they offer one specially for WordPres, With all the neede maintainment it could need, enhanced security, daily backups and more!.
There could be a few minor problems, like the maximum storage of the plans and the bandwidth, which can get insufficient after your site has grown up too much (you can always upgrade). And you will need to sign up for one, two or three-year contracts, but if you aren´t really sure you want to commit all that time with this hosting service, there is a one-month trial (with setup fee), and the option to refund your money if you are not satisfied.
All in all, is a great service and even if not the cheapest, is all a formal bussiness can dream of, but for beginners and hobbyist a free host would be better.
I have been using SiteGround for the past 6 months. everything is fine! their support team is extremely good. Once i had problem with https issue. I went for a chat session. to my surprise i didnt wait since i got reply with few seconds. they guided so well and resolved the issue. Most of the hosting services lack in their support and customer service but SiteGround stands unique in that case. I highly recommend this hosting service especially for newbie webmasters. Only disadvantage is the renewal fees is high just like other hosting providers. If SiteGround gives away few renewal discounts, then there is no doubt, that everyone will go for it. Overall SiteGround rocks.

I came upon SiteGround as a result of having watched a You Tube Video about "My Theme Press" by Eric Shafer, and I bought the basic SiteGround hosting program through his site MyThemePress.com. So far, I like it. I just got started and ran into a bit of an access snag in getting into my Administrator account, so I chatted with Greta G. and she tried a few things, then wrote a ticket for me to people with more advanced skills. She was very halpful and had a great attitude. If everyone in SiteGround is as professional, I feel like I am in great hands and that any issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
Ive been a siteground customer for several years now. The reason I stayed because of the quality of service they provide. I can rely on siteground as theyre customer friendly. The services is superb! The Servers are fast, the connection is excellent. The total package for a price is very reasonable.

4. Uptime: Here Siteground have proven their word time and again because I have 99% without needless headaches after migrating to siteground!

Migrated my first site across to Siteground, made a couple of errors but the support staff were brill! they diagnosed and offered advice on how to overcome the problems I caused. They are good! The hosting is good too, I've just run a gtmetrix speed test and already my site has speeded up and I haven't finished with the optimization yet. I would definitely recommend Siteground to anyone looking for a premium Wordpress hosting supplier.

The support is absolutely second to none. I have never waited more than a minute for chat support and I have always been impressed at the willingness to understand and to not only get to the bottom of the problem, but to solve it right then and there. Oh My God! I was using a very bad and expensive hosting company which made me lose a lot of money every month but then I heard about "Siteground" I bought the hosting as soon as possible! Very great hosting company. They have the best support team. They will always be there for you literally 24/7. Their prices are so low and not as other companies whereas problems occurs everyday, SiteGround will always make sure that your website is online and working correctly. They have good additional features for low price. Security addition is a must (It is cheap but make your site safer) also their backup deal is the best in the business of web hosting.
I have been using siteground for a few weeks now and compared to other host providers I am really enjoying the layout. The home page is intuitive and easy to navigate. It is easy to perform add-on services if you need them, the price is right for what you get. Today I had to use tech support for the first time and they responded very quick and found the problem right away.
Compared to other providers I had in the past that were a dollar or two cheaper, I wonder why I didn't come here sooner!

I have had great 24/7 support for your team however not sure why BUT I have had to use them a lot more than I ever had to use the previous hosts support, so it is lucky they are good and operate 24/7
I am no expert on this field so find the number of features provided a bit scary and I do not have the confidence to fiddle as I will probably crash the system. I already downloaded a new version of word press and stuffed the web page, so I do not want to repeat that.:-(
I have been using Siteground for over 1 year and up to this point have been satisfied with their service.
Today, December 30th they sent me three emails that I was over my allotted CPU usage. The first was a warning received at 1:02 AM. The second was a suspension of service at 2:03 AM. After I lifted the suspension temporarily, they once again suspended my account taking all my client sites down for the 2nd time in 1 day. Now, on Friday night before new years (weird that this would happen at a time when most companies would be likely to not have support staff available) I needed to upgrade to a plan 700% more expensive than my current plan in order to get my client websites back up.
Needless to say, I wont be staying with Siteground, I wont be recommending Siteground, and I will be sharing my experience. Very disappointed!

There are only two hosting companies; siteground and the rest! I had to move from my former host after enduring endless unexplained downtimes but after choosing siteground, the migration was seamless.They even helped me to fix overloading error by removing bad wordpress plugins.
Their customer support is what impressed me the most as i get through to them in less than 10 minutes.I actually thought this was just one of those gimmicks to keep customers until I saw their cpanel which is out of this world with a CDN as a bonus.Uptime has been 99% since I migrated, true to their word.

Their support is the best, they have features like staging sites and Let's Encrypt that even higher end providers do not make standard yet. I just wish their reseller plans were more in line with other vendors, more like cloud hosting. Their system of credits is not like the rest of the industry.

I have been with Siteground many years now and luckily i did not need their customer service too often, but when I did they were there. I was very unhappy today because I was unable to access my email accounts and update my website. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting and rebooting. I then contacted Siteground support and had to ask if Siteground was down or something. He checked and stated that my IP was blocked due to too many wrong login attempts. I can understand why my IP was blocked but the process needs to be fixed. If a customer's IP address is blocked, an email or phone call should be made to the customer to notify him or her so that time wouldn't be wasted by the customer troubleshooting.
Siteground's support has repeatedly blown me away in terms of sales and support, I wish I had moved to them years ago! They are simply brilliant and always there to assist. They provide a wealth of features most don't and you'd be foolish not to sign up with them! Seriously!
Siteground is a good host with good support and it makes me feel that they know their staff. I did not have a complaint about them in the 2 years I have been working with them. The uptime is excellent and the support is fast and helpful. It can be on the pricey side when the first year ends (they offer a discount for the first year) but I suppose that quality costs so I do not mind it that much.
