I wanted to like Sonic.net but sadly have found the service terrible. The initial process of installation was terrible: the ATT service guys were the only ones who knew what they were doing. The Sonic support people were friendly but not very knowledgable. It took several days to get things right and I had to talk to lots of different people. Each time I spent long periods of time waiting. Then, when it finally seemed like it was going to work out, I found my connection was unreliable. The DSL modem would lose sync every few minutes. So it kind of worked but didn't. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to speak to someone...I quit. Sonic . net really sucks!
