Our Profile

TB Host is owned by Timberbrook Publishing, Inc., based in Cleveland, Ohio and has been operating since 1998.
Company and Services
TB Host offers affordable web hosting solutions to a broad customer base - from large businesses to private individuals. It also specializes in reselling, by providing the opportunity for individuals to set up a web hosting business with their own packages and pricing scheme.
The regular Unix web host packages are run on high performance Unix servers and include a personalized customer relationship system. According to TB Host, in theory you should be on first name terms with your customer account liaison.
Features include same day set-up, three free shopping carts, two MySQL based bulletin boards and cPanel hosting control panel. Unlike many web host companies, TB Host charges a one-off set-up fee and their monthly charges do seem to be higher than many of their competitors. However, there’s a long list of included features and there is much emphasis placed on the 24-hour support center.
TB Host offers a wide range of website templates for those who want to browse pre-made designs and get a professional looking website up and running with minimum delay. For an additional fee, your existing homepage and subsequent pages can be integrated into the template of your choice. All template options come with the PSD file and an HTML file; new themes and templates are added to the site regularly and there are hundreds to choose from.
As stated, customer support is a big selling point for TB Host: there is a toll free customer support number and a fast response ticketing system. For general technical queries, there is a multimedia tutorial section that takes you through the basics of the cPanel and/or the reseller control panel.
