UltraHosting was launched in February 2008 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Momentum Advanced Solutions, a company that was has been around since 1996. The President of Momentum is Phil DeLeon. Today, the company trades under the company name of UltraHosting and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Momentum Advanced Solutions is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and trades under the symbol WWW.

UltraHosting has over 150 staff members and 1000 customers.
The company has over 750 servers in 70,000 square feet of data center space and hosts over 10,000 domains. Most of its data centres are based in Commerce Valley.
The host uses Linux and Windows servers and offers dedicated servers, VPS and colocation hosting services. The VPS plan is worth about 70% of UltraHosting’s business.
UltraHosting’s parent company, Momentum, has been awarded the Canada Digital Agency of Record award from Chrysler. It has also been certified by both the SAS Type II 70 and the PCI Security Standards Council.
UltraHosting has a standard green policy and is partnered with CarbonFund.org to reduce where possible and offset where necessary.
Momentum hosts several large auto makers’ websites, such as Daimler Chrysler and Mazda, in its data centers in Toronto.
