VistaPages was founded by Kaumil Patel in 2004 in Toronto, Canada. Four years later it was bought by Millennium Data Services (MDS) Inc, a privately-owned Canadian IT/managed services Corporation. MDS also owns Host Vector, another well established host.

It also offers three reseller packages for those in the industry who are looking to add hosting to their services portfolio.
