I have been using WebHostingHub for over 5 years for several client accounts, and my own websites. I have previously used a half dozen of the "popular" and well marketed host providers -- but always a problem in lack of support arose. If you need immediate assistance, fast technical support on issues new to you, and unlimited hosting with fast speeds, then don't waste your time at other places. Even hosts who claim to be specifically WordPress or Joomla oriented, left no explanations in support tickets. There are NO holes in WebHostingHub's support, training, and kind people. This was a priority for me as my client's continue demanding I learn new skills to keep up. I can always ask WHH when I get stuck. Can't say enough good.

Webhostinghub is a stupendous website: the customer service is great! While hostgator might be cheaper, webhostinghub is able to make up for through a very user friendly interface.

WebHostingHub is the absolute worst.
I used their services because I read that they have great customer service. However, I have found that this is entirely lip service. I have had numerous issues with my sites over the last 6 months and when I ask questions or attempt to resolve issues, I have been met with ineptness and rudeness. They claim that they don't know the issue, can't comment on the issue or deal with the issue, and then they become rude and almost hostile to the paying customer.
The final straw was when they were supposed to email me a form to sign, but did not attach it. When I pointed this out and asked that it be re-sent, I received a reply stating that I had already been provided with the material and it was not their problem. I have never experienced such a thing, but you can be sure that I will be taking my websites and going somewhere else, even if I lose money on the year of hosting I purchased.
It was a simple question that I have forgotten and it was great that the people at Web Hosting Hub was able to help me by mentioning a simple thing as Zip for files to access what was sent to me but previous place was sending it in a format that I couldn't access so appreciate that greatly.

I've had intermittent problems with the server being blacklisted, which may indicate inappropriate management of potential spammers on their servers. Blacklisting is never cleared before I start begging.
My biggest problem has been very poor support of Webmail. Support is slooooow (up to 48 hour response in some cases).
I use Squirrel Mail. Around July 2014, they installed a new version of Squirrel Mail. The new version is unstable. It crashes every single time that I open more than one mail tab. The search function does not work. Many sessions crash because the IMAP server drops the session when the Webmail server tries to access it. I have reported the problem in great detail, but they refuse to take action. They keep demanding login details for private email accounts, rather than investigating the issue between the Webmail server and the IMAP server. Because of the long delay in responses, I always get a different support person on each message, and they always refuse to escalate the call to a responsible manager. I am at wit's end. Even though moving will have serious cost implications (DNS pricing structure from the first-level domain), I'm considering moving after less than a year. I am simply not getting any meaningful support with their broken software.

So far so good. I am a novice at this and every time I have a question they are quick to answer the phone and walk me through the process. When I call I rarely have to wait more than 10 seconds before tech support picks up the phone and they understand that I am a novice. They walk me through and explain things to me without being demeaning. At 52 and with a PhD, the last thing I need is some punk taIking to me like I am an idiot. Got that treatment with the Go***** company. Only get respect and understanding here. I really thought that a "discount" hosting company would skimp on service, but I have absolutely no complaints so far. I will recommend Web Hosting Hub to anyone I know looking for hosting.
I used to be with another hosting company, the thought of moving to Webhostinghub.com was daunting. Given the fact we had 10 sites hosted with the other company and they ranged from Joomla, to Wordpress and general HTML / PHP. I decided to choose Web Hosting Hub based on a recommendation on the Internet. I had a bit of a problem with my password, which was probably user error, but I was helped quickly and efficiently by a host on an online chat. The problem was quickly resolved. The recommendation I had read rated customer service very highly on Web Hosting Hub, and I have found that to be true.
1. Signing up was easy. Just had some concerns, initially, for phone verification. It turned to be OK.
2. Web interface is intuitive.
3. Getting around the AMP (Account Management Panel) was a breeze. For example, pointing to a new domain name was easy (didn't require a human intervention).
4. Webchat experience was excellent. Resolved issues/concerns in less than 5 minutes.
They are incredibly inflexible. they autobilled to my account and would not reverse it 1 day later. They said that they sent autorenewal notice. They may have since the email they had had been gone for over a year.
I do a lot of hosting, but none of it will be with these folks again.
Beside the fact that they got perfect articles in all things troubleshooting, live support chat is a charm, had a joomla site frontpage issue, perfectly solved in less than 20'!!!
Well, it was good while it lasted: it used to be a great hosting company that cared about their customers, now it's all about money... the devil is now in the details. Their services are fine when you have 1 domain, just don't push your luck by adding multiple domains as their tech support have the tendency to screw things up. Of course, they will be more than happy to surcharge you to fix the things they broke. It's unfortunately all about money with this hosting company nowadays, keep that in mind if you are going to lock yourself in for a long term contract with Web Hosting Hub.

Don't do this to yourself. I'm a developer, I have about 40 clients who were on their servers (I also used their service) recently, every single bloody one of them got hacked. Clients on other hosts had no issue, but anyone who was with WHH was down and out. This isn't the first time I've had this problem with them. They used to be great but they have really declined in the last several years. the security is terrible and worst of all, they offer no support when it happens. Apparently it's all 40 people's fault, not theirs. Today they deleted all of my files because I had a "security breech" they didn't warn me or try to resolve, just wiped them. They even wiped files that were zipped and not possibly hacked. So really, just say no to this one.
Web hosting hub support staff has always been helpful, effective and, importantly, amiable. No matter what the issue is, and often it may come from my own limitations, they have resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner in no time.
I love Web Hosting Hub because of their great selection of products, fair prices, minimal downtime and above all else, they're excellent customer service! Was with web hosting hub for 2 years and would definately recommend them to anyone wanting good shared hosting. Their service was always top notch and waited no more than 5 mins to speak to a rep who always sorted out any issues or answer all types of questions as hosting can be fairly intimidating for a newbie. They have a good series of videos which are regularly updated and always the latest software and codes with a clean UI. My only complaint was after the 2 years of my initial hosting the price jumped substantially and I needed some tracking software which requires a vps so didn't renew my plan. Their pricing might be slightly higher than some other hosts but worth spending a few extra dollars for excellent service and support.
For your information, my recent chat with Julien F was very helpful! Not only was my problem(s) resolved quickly, those problems were resolved very professionally, too! I’m delighted that I didn’t have a struggle in fixing what issues that I had. Sure makes my day much more enjoyable when I can deal with a tech that know what they are doing—and doing it quickly!..keep up the good work!
The support I've gotten has always been very fast and spot on in its recommendations. The people have been uniformly friendly, engaging, and helpful--and, despite my being from New York, I find I like that. I'm giving the features only four stars because, while I don't know of a service with better features, there seems to be a way to go to improve ease of use. Doesn't need to be idiot-proof, but closer. Also, I'd like to see Word-like functionality through the Dashboard and Editing features. I suspect other features will be invented soon as well, and we'll wonder how we got by without. Uptime has been prompt and uninterrupted. And the value seems great, very affordable for such a comprehensive service.
My experience has been that people who understand and work on tech support lines don't understand how FRUSTRATING & EXHAUSTING it is for us who don't. Concepts that they think are simple seem Greek to me. For this very reason, I am so grateful for the tech team (Cory P., Adam, Tim E., just to name a few) with WebhostingHub. All but one tech (and I have spoken to at least 5 different ones at this point) have been amazing. They explain things in laymen's terms, are very patient, kind, courteous, and most have a great sense of humor. If you think you will need tech support, then this is the company you want to host your domain name with. Also, I don't experience annoying error messages as I did with my last web hosting company.
I began building a web site on Web Hosting Hub 2 only weeks ago. Wordpress was new to me. I linked my gmail address to my domain's webmail for my Contact page responses; it worked for a few days, then wouldn't. I then spent too much time trying to troubleshoot.
I contacted Web Hosting Hub and got a very quick response to my email. I received suggestions from at least five people on the staff, each aware of my situation, and ready to offer help based on what I had just tried. This was probably the best part of the (satisfying) experience. Each employee was up to speed on my problem and responded promptly with a suggestion for my next step.
After about a day, I became excited, thinking I had solved the problem. At that moment, I immediately received an email, saying that a staff member had accessed my account, located the problem, and set the proper configuration!
I had signed up for two years at Web Hosting Hub, not sure of what support to expect from a shared server account. I have been very pleasantly surprised to this point. From what I have experienced so far, I would definitely recommend Web Hosting Hub to friends looking for a blogging site or small business site (like mine).
WebhostHub give great value for the money. I have just set up my second account for a new client and I am managing 3 websites on my first account. Great features and website applications.
After reviewing several other Hosting sites, I determined WebHostingHub.com was the best for me for a few reasons.
They have 99.9% up time, They support multiple domains and my #1 reason 24/7 support and the reviews from other
clients were very positive. I am fairly new to using a Hosting site and needed some help over the past few days in
setting things up and both support personnel where amazing. I used their Chat also and they were also excellent.
Very patient, willing to help, knowledgeable, offering additional documentation and alternatives. Whether by Chat or
on the phone, I did not have to wait long to be connected.
At this point everything I've needed is working and I couldn't be happier!!
I went with web hosting hub initially because even though I would be paying more, their 90 day refund period and supposed great customer support was appealing as I was new to using my own website and wanted that grace period in case it didn't work out. Well both of these are untrue. In my time with hosting hub I received nothing but the run around from their support staff on the few occasions I could get in contact with somebody. Not one of their support staff followed through on their promised support and three times I was told something the next person would say was untrue. I was never able to get a full refund even though I was within 90 days and my website had never even been published. I can't even use my domain with a different company unless I purchase hosting through hosting hub again. Their "easy to use designer" is a joke. My husband went to school for computers and this type of thing and even he couldn't ever fully figure it out. I had friends whose job is creating/maintaining websites tell me they don't see how their designer is an "easy to use" one. To top it all off, when I finally tried to call and speak with a supervisor about all the issues and try to get my full refund, they were too busy to take my call and told me I should try emailing instead. Customer service and support is not a priority and their 90 day refund is a lie. I now have paid for a domain name I can't refund or use unless I pay more money.
Web Hosting Hub Sucks and here is why.
I am still down almost a day later because they screwed up their DNS server configuration and messed up my website's DNS record. I am losing business and have been all day.
The first time that I called, their support guy kept telling me that it was my fault. I kept telling him that the site had been up and running for the past month and nothing had changed between yesterday and today except now my site was down.
Good thing I am technical because he would have just blown me off.
Their second line support was just as bad trying to tell me that I had some kind of error. Of course he did not know where but he was sure that it was my fault.
Don't trust your business to them.

Excellent company and customer support! I have been with webhostinghub a few years now and have needed help making changes to my websites several times. I have always received very professional and knowledgeable teck support. I am very happy with this hosting company! Highly recommended.
Disappointed with a Capital D. This review is mainly about Webhosting Hub's design team. My experience with them overall was just awful.
I began working with webhostinghub because I did a search on google for best hosts. My first interaction with them was positive overall as their hosting portion was very helpful and their tech support was excellent. That's where the party stopped for me. I decided to build another site using them as the host of which I was planning to do myself but inquired as to how much it would cost for them to build it for me. Their price seemed reasonable to a bit high for what was initially offered to me and I specifically told them what I was looking to do and being that I'm pretty fluent in the html coding and web development I was really in need of a custom job and a designer who would work with me since I would be doing most of the work of content and organization myself.
So they set me up with a designer who seemed really cool and he agreed with my plan and gave me a basic timeline of how things would work. He sent me a draft of what the site would look like which was as close as he could get to the template I already bought for Word Press but he told me that their policy was that they couldn't use a template and would have to just rebuild a very similar if not exact template using their coding. After a week passed of a few back and forth conversations with him, I lost contact with him completely. Not because i didn't contact him, but because he either quit or was fired. So they set me up with another designer who was less skilled as the 1st but being that I didn't really feel I had a choice, I tried to work with him. The process was designer #2 was horrible and his 1st draft was definitely a step backwards. I gave him my revisions needed and after a few back and forths with him, the contact and revisions stopped and we were once against a standstill. Several weeks passed, which was well past our deadline and I had already done marketing of our website on different platforms so being that our website stayed in "under construction mode" for that long confused our customers and made our brand as a whole look pretty silly. I created a few of the pages and forms myself and had customers looking to inquire about certain things or potential employees looking to fill out an application go to the direct link within our website since the page as a whole was down.
Eventually our account got escalated to one of the top management who apologized profusely and promised that she would intervene to have one of the top designers work with us. Well, it was basically "too little" "too late" type of scenario. The job felt rushed, a lot of the momentum was gone, energy was sapped, and disappointment was already high.
No compensation was given nor offered in the end, and basically I'm left with a site that is very SEO unfriendly, unhelpful customer service in the design updates team, smart alec representatives who are now trying to charge an arm and a leg for basic functionalities that I could have originally performed myself if I had just used the template I had insisted that they use in the first place such as "blog" and drop down menu, and just an overall apathetic type of team now that they have secured my money.
Well, they have pretty much made this customer very unhappy and I can not recommend their design services to anyone nor their customer support.
i needed support about a bill I was paying for my annual removal. It was overt the weekend and was very surprised to get an email reply, answering my question, right away. They were polite and responsive....excellent customer service.
I have had the Wordpress that came with Web Hosting Hub for a couple of years. I think it is fairly easy to use as far as web sites and I think it has many features. However, I believe some more "how to questions" could be useful. I spent many hours trying to learn how to work the web site.

I migrated to Hub from HostGator, and I love it. Though, the features are pretty much exactly the same... It still has a great hosting service for all of my clients websites.
Their support is great, especially when I have issues sometimes installing WordPress. They're pretty much on top of EVERYTHING. Overall, great experience with Hub...
I had high hopes for this web hosting company because of all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, quite the opposite was my experience. First off, not a user friendly system, even though they claim that it is. I am not a web designer by trade, but have website building experience. Their stock "premium web builder" provides anything but a professional looking website. It is terrible. Any other option they provide is built for the career web designer, who went to school to design websites. I found their advertising very misleading in this regard. In addition, they claim a 90 day money back guarantee, but what they don't tell you, is that they charge you an admin fee when you cancel, and you end up paying almost $30 in total if you want to keep your domain name that was otherwise 'free' when you signed up for this web hosting service. Fine, I can accept that. But now they have my domain name, that I paid too much for, and I don't even have the access I need to it in order to point it correctly to my new web hosting company. They will not give me access to my IP address because I no longer have a web hosting account with them. Completely unacceptable.
Web Hosting Hub is absolutely terrible for anyone who needs to make changes to their domains. Switching nameservers is like pulling teeth, and transferring your domain elsewhere is downright impossible. I would be a lot more understanding if their registration fees weren't 50% higher than other registrars. Do yourself a favor and avoid Web Hosting Hub.
The chat feature offering live technical assistance is a great feature. i really appreciated having someone available to make live changes for me and not just sending me multiple attachments/papers that would take a long time to read and still may need additional help
I have 30 domains and i was always in a search of an excellent hosting provider, as i was finding different hosting services i found Web hosting hub. Before i move all my domain i asked my friend to check out their services , he tried and it was a BLAST ! He had no trouble , it has great up time , and the user support is 24 / 7 . now i am changing to this service provider as soon as possible.

Before I signed up with webhostinghub I was with 3ix and awardspace. Both were acceptable, awardspace more so because it was a free host. When my web designing grew past 2 sites I looked for paid hosting and chose webhostinghub.
Last night I had the task of migrating about 300mb worth of messages from a paid unix server over to webhostinghub. I extracted the tarball to the wrong directory and called their tech support to help point me in the right direction. Not only did their tech (Brian) explain what I should have done differently, he actually copied and pasted all the contents into the appropriate email accounts for me. So what had the potential to be a real train wreck was a seamless transition thanks to him.
I was suspicious of all these great reviews. When I was writing this one a window popped up with a chat operator. I asked if whoishostingthis.com was affiliated with webhostinghub and she replied that all are real user reviews and full disclosure is at http://www.whoishostingthis.com/full-disclosure/.
Most of what you read on the internet is total bs but I am a real live tech, a relative noob in comparison to some people, and when I stumbled I was glad that my sites are hosted at webhostinghub.
By the way I have only a basic plan, I can host unlimited sites but I think it's only around $40/year, I'll have to check that. Anyway if you're thinking of choosing a host, don't shell out extra for bluevoda when these guys can help you just as much if you ask.

I've been pretty satisfied with WebHostingHub for the past year, but recently they've been having some Denial of Service Attacks that have severely affected my website uptime... Everytime I contact customer service they just say they're having connectivity problems to the "west coast servers"... It's just frustrating. Otherwise, solid hosting company.

I'm and IT professional myself and made my bones in technical support many years ago; trust me, I know what good service is when I get it.

I rarely give a straight 5 stars for anything but these guys deserve it. I have used them as my host since May 2013 and have experienced zero down time (I was with GoDaddy for many years before I switched to WebHostingHub). I've had a few questions and all were answered promptly and completely. Their on-line chat works wonderfully and there's usually no wait or a very short wait. I was dealing with a problem using their web builder software. The tech person stayed with me for way longer than I would expect and after all that, the problem was with my browser. Switched browsers (From Chrome to Firefox) and everything worked perfect. Don't get me wrong. Chrome is fine for almost everything you do anywhere. This was one weird little problem with creating an image link that Chrome did not handle correctly.
The value is great, my site is fast, and the people have been great as well.

I switched from my previous provider as I was paying a lot of money, having trouble getting through to support, and with quite a few downtimes appearing. As the downtimes increased in frequency, I decided to make the switch.
Webhostinghub gave me a simple solution, cheap but effective. However, while the transition was easy and the setup worked fine, we have constant, but very slight downtimes. They appear almost every other day, but only for about a few minutes (anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes), enough to be quite annoying, and too short to call in for tech support (by the time I do, it is up and running and they claim ignorance - and it is not my internet connection, as my other emails - i.e. gmail work fine and internet continues along fine).
When I am up for renewal in March, I am not quite sure I will renew.
First the success: I managed to create my webmail to the site. But WHH is not for starters. The tech support team is fully incapable of communicating in layman's english. When finally you get beyond the first question, just 1 or very few steps later you run into the next one, which they never anicipated. I tried 2 site builders with them, but got never the support that I needed to make it happen. Finally I decided to cancel my hosting with them, even before I decided where to migrate. Then the s.... hit the fan! WHH is a re-seller, and offers no site-parking-space. Without any warning or prior information their billing service released the site back to their mother host Melbourne IT. This is 3 weeks ago. I just received the auth code that will enable to migrate the site to a new host. But at this moment I still have no clue as how to recoup my webmail. A bunch of irresponsible rascals (and I sent them a mail with the same wording and some upgrades)
I have just renewed with them and couldn't be happier. I have recommended them time and time again and the support that they have offered has been the best I have experienced

Last night I was fighting a losing battle trying to get my first web site published. I avoided using the chat help function, for I considered that usually first level support can actually confuse the issue further. I thought I could battle on, and I'd eventually work it all out. My confusion was growing though, so I entered a question/s in the chat dialogue box. Five minutes latter I was back to work - all issues sorted.

As a newbie to web design, I was advised to use WordPress for my site. I've found WordPress is a great place for people who know absolutely nothing about coding to begin. I've also found WordPress can do A LOT, and there is A LOT I don't know. That's where the Web Hosting Hub tech support team comes to my rescue!
Since I have a media background and have attended a WordCamp and some SEO workshops, I know enough of the lingo to sound decently intelligent. More bluntly, I can communicate what I want because I know some of the right words to use. Beyond that, I need A LOT of help. Thankfully, every Web Hosting Hub team member I've connected with on chat has gone above and beyond their call of duty. Sometimes, I might have to wait a few minutes for an answer to be found, but the person on the other end never disappoints. One time, the WHH person even went into my WordPress account and changed a few things for me I never could have done on my own. For that, I am more than grateful.
Just last night, I found myself needing help again. After connecting with a chat agent and starting a conversation, I accidentally closed the chat screen. I felt horrible about that for the WHH tech support guy. However, I wasn't distraught because knew I would receive the same great service from the next person online, and I did.

I think by far the best feature of West Hosting Hub is its customer service. Our prior host provider didn't care so much if our site went down - and was never in a big hurry to get it back up. Not true here. I called, spoke with a fellow named Jonathon who had great enthusiasm in his voice (how is this possible after talking about tech support problems all day?). He apologized for the site being down, honed in on the problem, realized it would take some time to fix, and promised to send me an email when he had the problem resolved. For the next hour he stayed on task. When he finally got the site back up, he sent an email and indeed, the site was up and running.
It's so obvious that Web Hosting Hub cares about you - and not their $$$. Why on earth would anyone use another web hosting service?
They used to be very good at support. Unfortunately, their support quality has gone down hill in the past year. Support chat sessions now often contain incoherent comments and suggestions from the support rep and waiting on the phone for a support rep can take 30 to 45 minutes before you are connected. Specifically, they are seem to have some issues with Mac or Apple devices. For me, the domain name email accounts now usually do not work and all they can do is blame Apple devices and and software, labeling them as being too "finicky". They haven't really tried to resolve it other than the blame game.
Great web hosting, similar company to HostGator.
I got the plan that was 3.99 a month, one of the cheapest plans out there at the moment..
Hostgator is just a tad more expensive but in my opinion their servers are better when it comes to performance.
When I went to scamadviser to see if this was a legitimate host, it was a great review.
So I immediately went to Web Hosting Hub and tested out their control panel, WordPress setup, and other things..
Everything seemed stable so this is a definitely go-to host if you're on a tight budget.
I have been amazed at the support provided. I run a large membership website and needed help quickly when the site suffered a brute force attack. The support was fantastic and solved my issues and prevented any future problems within only a few minutes which was actually far beyound what I thoguht they would be able to do. The value of the service is fantastic. I highly recommend.
I just wanted to write a quick note to say that I had the privilege to speak to Anthony S today to resolve an issue on my client's website. She just moved her hosting to your company and it's great to know that you have people as attentive and detail oriented as Anthony making the transition great. We were having some troubles migrating her sites but with Anthony's help, everything was resolved within minutes.

I cannot say strongly enough how much I would advise AVOIDING Web Hosting Hub.
I read the earlier reviews before signing up and decided to go with the majority of complimentary comments, and ignore the negative ones, thinking people were being too moany. They weren't, honestly.
Once signed up to Web Hosting Hub and logged on, I found that their Premium Builder, to help create a website in minutes, didn't work. I also found that other customers were complaining of the same feature not working, so realised I wasn't alone.
Resolving problems with Web Hosting Hub (if you are outside the States... I'm in the UK) is impossible. I have spent HOURS and HOURS on their 'Live Chat' support centre, the majority of which is waiting in a queue. Several times, once I got to Chat to an operator, I was immediately thrown back into another long queue (and no, I wasn't rude to them).
If you email problems, you get an automated response, but no solution. I have now been left in a situation where, on the one occasion I did get to Chat to an operator, she changed my passwords, so I am now locked out of my own system and can do nothing at all. I no longer have access to cpanel or the website Builder panel. I am also locked out of their online technical support tracking system, so I can't even track my own complaints to them. The only way this might be possible is if I log onto their Support Centre, by using my Facebook account - but then Web Hosting Hub will only let you do this, if you agree to share ALL YOUR CONTACTS in your address book with them.
I have tried emailing the sales team member, who rang me to verify the account setup - and no response yet. I am on the verge of attempting to claim back my money, via the 90 day guarantee claim - though how I will achieve it I don't know, as this company are virtually impossible to communicate with.
Honestly, don't touch this company with a barge pole. Not only is the communication appalling, but nothing works. You are burning your money, as well as putting up your blood pressure, if you try and use this service.
I am trying to run a small business - and the lost time and effort is one thing... the worst of it is that, after all this aggravation, I am left without a website, which is losing me potential income and customers.
Great features, but every time I try to contact their support team the phones are never answered and the online chat takes a long time to connect to anyone - today I was in the queue waiting for a support representative for 92 minutes! They have a great service, but seem to be understaffed to be able to handle the clients. They offer an email address for their management team to send complaints to, but that is also never answered.
Overall; if you can do it all yourself they're fine, but if you need any help, go somewhere else. I'm going to try to get a full refund and move to a different provider, but if their support team's responses so far have been anything to go by I'm unlikely to get hold of anyone to process the refund.
I paid for a "fast server" - it's very slow. Typical pings to load the website:
Total wall clock time: 32s at (1.99 KB/s) - Dns Query time: 318 msec - ping rates at around 170 ms
that 318ms per query time is the killer.
No support on the issue ("Have you tried optimising your webpage?" type responses)

I have been trying to reach a customer support rep for 3 hours, first time I was actually signed off now Im still waiting. My chat session started at 3:39pm and its 5:05pm. Ive been number one in the cue for the last house.
So far they have been great. I was skeptical at first by seeing just few reviews but what was special about them in their reviews was their excellent customer service. They have lived up to those reviews. Features are also top notch.
My sites (forum.wheelnmotor.com and www.wheelnmotor.com/classifieds) isn't big hence I'm not using much resources so this is just my initial verdict. I'm sure webhostinghub will fare well even after the traffic and information on my site increases.
I signed on to the online support chat and waited from 24 in queue to 15, then one operator, Matt S. came on and asked what my issue was. After I told him, I was told they would need to transfer me to support. He then transferred me to Tommy T. and I was put as 16 in queue (how I went from 15 to 17, I'll never know). After waiting 20 mins I got to 10 in queue, then it said I was transferred to Tommy T. again and I was back up to 17 in queue (seriously?!). Then I got transferred to Timothy E. and he told me the support team would have to handle this and I was bumped back up to 18 in queue. then all of a sudden I was transferred back to Matt S. and was bumped all the way to 21 in queue? Why am I constantly going up in queue and not down?!
This system is complete and utter bullshit. the hub should be ashamed to call this crap "support." I have been on hold for over 40 mins and NO ONE has helped me resolve this issue, all the while my client's website is sitting on a 404 error page. I use to think so highly of this hosting company, now I'm sorry I ever supported them or even gave them my business for that matter.
P.S. I was also on hold with support for 15 of the 40 mins hoping it would move faster than the online chat... I should've stayed on hold!
I came to WHH from JustHost (JH) after reading many good reviews. I'm sorry I did so now. I use PayPal to pay for my web hosting, as I do not wish to have a credit card on file so as to be automatically overcharged. WHH does not routinely accept PayPal but will do so if you spend $50 or more.
My first complaint is the access. You must enter usernames and passwords for the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then also the Control Panel (CP).
Support is lacking. You can post an issue, and hopefully someone may answer it. If you email, you get an automated response and eventually a real person replies. To get help at that point, you send either part of your credit card number on file or your account password. Sending an account password via insecure email is a really dumb idea. I ran into billing issues and it was obvious the left hand did not know what the right one was doing. After paying, I kept getting warnings that I had not paid. This required a lot of my time to back-check and send WHH their own emails that I had paid.
I tried to transfer another domain from JH in April (it expired in June) and paid to do so. It was never transferred. I got the runaround and never got either my domain or my money back. WHH solution was to pay JH to renew the domain, and it could then be transferred. That was what I did in April. I just gave up the domain instead. I lost nearly $50 due to WHH incompetence.
The final straw came today. I tried to send an email and it was bounced by WHH as spam. I jumped through their hoops in order to find out why, and this required a lot of time to copy headers and send the email to their support people.
Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the remainder of a three year deal with WHH. I will find another hosting service as soon as I'm able to do so, although I may take the hit and switch anyway.
I was looking around to register my domain.there were some companies who just wanted to get my money and not do what i wanted. Web hosting hub is far the best company i have ever come across. unlimmited bandwith with 24/7 support is what i wanted and this company gave me just that.

When I hired webhostinghub's sister company to do my webdesign, I thought I was making an educated decision. What a tremendous mistake. Not only did the not do ANYTHING on the time-line that we set up, subsequently, when my main domain came under a DDOS attack, instead of suggesting to me that I pay to separate the subdomain from the main domain and close the main account, they closed both accounts with no warning, no help and no assistance, and they charged me the full amount for the design work that was SO poorly done that I had to spend another $2500 to repair all of their errors. This was after sending over 10 emails pleading with them to let me speak to a supervisor. I have asked for a complete refund because of their poor work and for completely destroying my website along with the business which it supported, and they have ignored all requests. Do yourself a favor - find a hosting company that will treat you with the respect you deserve, not as a number....

The customer service is great, it's very affordable and the features are very easy to use.

I'm hosting two sites with WebHostingHub and have for about one year; I have only one word to classify the service: flawless.
I was fully and thouroughly assisted from the first sign-up and you can count the number of times I've needed support for problems on my sites on a fisted hand: 0.00; so far, I've yet to experience even the tiniest glitch.
I was a couples of days late for my payment - I never received the renewal warning mail - but WHB never took my sites down; on the contrary, a sales person followed me to make the whole process as easy as it can be.
Nothing else to say; WebHostingHub is what a proper hosting company should be: reliable, attentive to clients' needs and safe.
I was given a mere 72 hours to move my site and it was cut off immediately. The 72 hours started at 4:59 PM Friday afternoon! Regardless of any other issues (this was a server load issue -- nothing immoral or illegal), this kind of notice is unacceptable. I realize that their Support organization is probably just implementing company policy. This is very poor customer service.
Also, FYI, the zipped file they sent me was apparently a special Linux format which I have been unable to open. They cut off my access to cPanel so I couldn't ftp my own files from the site selectively and in a format I could read.
Finally, I would think the hosting company should be able to control the runaway transactions if this is hurting their performance. As a simple website designer, I don't know about all of these issues. I was fully compliant every time an issue came up -- but these guys cut me off without almost any warning.
I am a web designer, and use HTML, CSS, PHP, etc. I saw a CNET deal on Web Hosting Hub and decided to try them out for a scouting organization I mentor. The price was a great chance to quickly create a website for the Venturing Crew with minimal coding. even the kids with no coding experience can use the tools offered. Web Hosting Hub staff were friendly (and American-accented which is helpful for those with hearing issues), prompt on getting our site up and running, and offering plenty of free tools to create a 'Web 2.0' presence.
I had issues with my other hosting company with text messages. I signed up at 4pm. Sent my first text message with PHP coding at 8pm. And it worked just fine. Here is the kicker while I setup and finished getting the text - 30 minutes later the text that I sent with my old hosting company finally showed up on my phone.
I've been using WebHostingHub to manage my non-wordpress blog and another small site since March 2012, and I must say it has been one of my best online purchases.
I've yet to experience a second of downtime.
I've had no reason so far to contact the support.
The only glitch is that cPanel File Manager is slow some times, but I mostly use the Legacy FIle Manager so it's not a big deal.
All in all, I definitely RECOMMEND this hosting company; the money will be very well-spent.

They are very responsive on their instant chat. I have used live chat in peak times and also off hours and they are always available and very helpful. If they don't know the answer immediately, they research and find out quickly.
Their cpanel is clean. The instructions on their site make things very easy to find and use. It is a good hosting for newbies to the webhosting world.
Value is good for a one site host. It is unlimited for disk space/bandwidth. But not unlimited for multiple sites.
Supports Wordpress nicely. Has a wysiwyg website builder that works well and is easy to use.
I am using www.pakhost.pk for only 5 to 6 months and I am very happy, really nice and friendly support. I use their domain registration services mostly and somewhat hosting service. Will definitely recommend, especially for domain registration!!!

When I decided to build my site with a designer it was like Hope was reading my mind...it was exactly what I envisioned. The response I had received from your person in the billing department was fast and took care of the request I had placed before them. They were so fast I had to ask to repeat what was done! I'm not sure if I was too slow to catch it but within less than three minutes done. That's the way I like to see customer service!!
Worst Support after a month of waiting there so no solution for my issue and they renew your account without any notification and will charge your 3 times extra
Had a problem with DNS servers (godaddy of course) but it was resolved. For some reason they were not updating their system. They blamed it on WebHostingHub so I contacted them but it started working soon after receiving response from godaddy, so I'm sure it was their issue.
Perfect until now! Only problem... Support for brazilian .com.br domains... doesn't work! Beside that... PERFECT!

For our simple IWeb website the level of support from Web Hosting Hub has been prompt and excellent.
I did a lot of research. Web Hosting Hub had the best features and benefits. Some companies offer a free domain or even free for life, but if you add another domain they charge more or only give you a few.
Yes i could have gone with a free or cheap $1.99 per month plan, but i get a reliable service and all the free extras make this a lower cost in the long run.
Companies that charge less know what their service is worth," it"s worthless" and that is false economy, then you have a big problem moving it to another service anyway. I get 99.9% up time, 24/7 support, a free domain, and too many free addons to mention. They really over deliver.
Web Hosting Hub could hardly get all of their awards on the pageThey must have earned them.somehow. If you go below What i paid for the Hub you get less features.
You can go more expensive if you need to but should not go less.
Our site went down but they did a great job getting it back up. It was only down for 4-minutes. Pretty great response.

I was a little skeptical at first given the incredibly low cost of WebHostingHub - but my fears were unfounded. These guys provide almost unparalleled customer support with all of my requests being answer either immediately, or within a couple of hours. For example, when I wished to move from a PHP 5.2 server to one of their 5.3 - it cost me nothing (most hosts charge for this), and they did it within 4 hours! No downtime.
Aside from the brilliant customer support, my sites have never been down (or if they have, it's been completely unnoticeable - I have sites hosted where I would get my arse handed to me if they were ever down for any more than a few minutes).
Cost - again, hard to beat given the other factors.
Only thing I would recommend is checking the MySQL version if you need the latest; as I think they are a few releases behind (although this is most likely a cPanel support thing).
Other than that - great host.
