I set up my first dedicated server with webhosting.uk.com 2 years ago, for this period of time I never had any downtime or any problems with the server.
Dedicated technical support work fast and you can reach them on Chat which is very handy especcialy when you have small children running arround / you can always read what they just said :-)
Installing or reconfiguring a server was never a problem, now I upgraded my server and it looks like it will remain for another 2 years :)
