just from today, my website was down and I opened a new tkt (every month I need to contact them a least twice..) about. also I tried to contact them via chat several times and they asked me to wait. so, I wait 4 hours (closed my campaigns) till it start to work again. here the answer I got to my tkt after 12 hours:
