Don't use XILO.net! We purchased a Professional Reseller package (not a cheap normal hosting package!), we tried to start useing it. In the first day we run into a problem of unusual low memory limitation of PHP. We asked them to increase this setting, they promised to do it so. After 10 days the setting was still not set up. We asked them about 5 times to tell us WHEN that single and simple setting will be set up, so we can use the hosting we paid for. The unpolite support team (Matt and Tom) started to talk about irrelevant things, but they did not tell us when they will be finished. They even started to blame us for not reading their advertisements carefully - the problem is that their advertisements DO NOT say anything about limitations! We couldn't believe our eyes: what a lame and unpolite team. We asked them to refund our money - they did not.
We have found them unreliable. What they sales and support team does is to tell you promises and some bla-bla, but that's all.
By the way, support is NOT 24/7 at all. Once Mr. Matt went home in the middle of a conversation at 6:00PM without any notice.
Xilo.net is unreliable and bad.

I have been using xilo for about 2 years now for my broadband. Recently my now old host eukhost let me down big style and am going to leave my comments their soon.
xilo moved my sites over for me as this was beyond my skill capability. They offered to do this out of hours on a sat which was great as i do most business in the day.
All my support requests have been dealt with with minimal fuss and they are easy to understand and will explain technical things in a no-tech way.
I have recommended xilo ti friends and will do so long in to the future.
