    You get what you pay for when it comes to service. Specified that I did not want an auto pay to renew my domain, but apparently that doesn't mean that they can't charge you. You have to go in and say that you longer want their product or they will continue to charge you the rest of your life.

    Go with a better company. Google domains is great. Haven't had issues with them.

    Servers Down all the time . Not a reliable service. Customer support not helpful.

    Any question you ask they can't give you an aswer , they can't say how long the servers are down , that is up to techniciens, but you can't contact the tecniciens neither to find out for how long you have no functional site. Chat Support - forget it , is not there to find a solution , is to fill the time when they are not providing what you were paid for . Features ?

    Yes in teory they provide all, but in real time , their systems can't handle what they would like to offer . Overall, not a professional hosting .

    I registered a domain with one.com they said it is free and a free webhost - they charged me 14$ for that - they sent me a form which I should sign I contacted the support and they said it will be processed within 24 hours and I scanned it and mailed them it took 20 hours and no response - I contacted live support again and they said we couldn't verify your details so canceled it( without any notification) please send us your driving license or id card - I said even if I send all my details and come to u in person I don't think you are going to get me anything please refund my money and they answered we will refund you money within 7 to 14 days - I hope they refund

    The Servers are continuosly going down , we have a few domains with them, differents accounts, different types of Subscriptions, thinking that with a more advanced plan they would provide a better service. You need to contact them at least once per week. If is not the ftp server, is the database server going down and so on.

    Support Staff with basic knowledges, polite but cannot do more than filling Support Tickets. If you have a problem on Friday evening, say ByeBye to Your Site until Monday when the Technicians are available. Overall, worst hosting service, not reliable, not professional.

    If you seriously need to have solid customer support, then you need to seriously reconsider if you choose this web hosting company. Most of the people on chat have absolutely no clue about basic questions and seem to be incapable of helping you at the most simple level. Furthermore, sometimes your website may go offline without any warning, due to 'migrating to a new server', clearly not good for any business.

    Signing up to one.com was a terrible mistake. I took up their one year hosting package for £10.81. Once I signed up, I wanted to extend the domain name for 5 years, but was told it was impossible.

    They said I can extend after a year which was really bad because if Google sees that your domain has been renewed for just one year, they will not take Your Site seriously. Your site will never rank. I am hosting sites with other companies, so I decided I would simply move after the one year.

    After I setup my wordpress site, it was hacked within a day. How does that even happen? I couldn't login.

    When I contacted support for help in recovering the site by setting the password to the default, they told me I'd have to pay. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay because this is a service that is offered free of charge by all the companies I've ever hosted with. You'd think they'd have been more sympathetic.

    They didn't give a damn. They then sent me a link to a php page that would teach me how to recover my site. Never again.

    Hey! I've been to one.com as the sincere and loyal customer since 2013. I've purchased many domains and hosting on one.com because they provide free domain and premium hosting in affordable price of 15$.

    Their customer support team is splendid and responsive. Hosting includes all features including Cpanel, file manager, WordPress installation, visitors checker and much more. I'm able to access all the features without any problem.

    Their email accounts manager is also pretty easy to use and create unlimited emails. one.com has some downside too. Thier uptime and server response time often puts me in trouble because I receive the email from WordPress many times a day informing me that my website was down for few minutes.

    One.com basic hosting package is also not able to handle the 500 unique visitors per day and server stops responding to new customers. Whenever, I install new theme on WordPress, I also gets troubleshooting message from the hosting support. Although, I've many problems but i still prefer one.com on over other websites.

    One.com is amazing and it rock, technical support is probably the first thing i would like to talk about because it's great . They are quick to respond on all queries you have regarding hosting or any other thing you want to ask about. Today getting your business online is the most important thing.

    I have been using one.com for 3 years now, in the beginning their chat support used to be good and live, and i think things changed these last two years maybe because they have more clients, same employers amount of people as before, so maybe its the pressure. Because now you have to write and email and wait for few days! Well anyways my experience with One.com was great, i got help right away like i said when chat was live (i dont know if it still exists though), i used to have answers right away and they helped me alot, i also recommended it to many people.

    I've been using One.com's domain and web hosting plan since April. Without any doubt, I can say this is one of the best providers in the domain and hosting world. Why?
    - There live support are way better than other hosting sites.
    - Fast response on chat.
    - Their support ticket's reply works like light speed.

    Within 10 minutes of time, I get replies from their support ticket.
    - 100% Up time, I never saw my site down anytime.
    - I've a lot of domains hosted on their site, one of them are FearlessShop.com.
    - They provide free SSL certificate too on every plan.
    - When you comment something on their FB page, they will reply. When you message them on their FB page, They will reply (it may take 2-3 hour to get reply or little faster).
    - I just love their customer support.
    - Their dashboard and Cpanel looks more awesome than other's providers.
    - I had recommended my all friends, all business partners to use their service. They really liked it.
    - To be honest there is nothing, I can say bad.

    One.com is one of the best hosting companies that I've had. You get your first year for free, you just have to pay the setup fee and you're good to go. They upgraded my hosting account from 15GB to 200GB and unlimited sites for free, that was amazing from them.

    The support is very nice and they try their best to solve the problems or concerns as fast as they can. I'm on one.com since April and I haven't had any downtime or problems with them.

    Well, I am on One.com since 2 years and I faced some problem but the support is okay they solved it within 2-3 days and that's good, They have far nice features But some times my site crashes If it get's too munch traffic that's not a good thing tho!

    The service is cheap, but hosted websites are regularly down! They even acknowledge their SLA is 99%. This means your website may be down up to 87 hours per year!!

    So I would recommend to avoid them for any serious website. I'm moving away, even if it takes me time and money to move the website and emails...

    Everything seemed fine at first. A nice, fast, simple interface. There was an issue uploading via ftp as I had not transferred my domain name to them, and nor did I want to.

    After dealing with one useless chat support, I got someone who knew what they were doing and they gave me an alternate ftp address to upload to. Very fast transfer - great. Then I want to check that my website was actually working before I redirected live traffic.

    No option to view it in the control panel. Nor is there a URL for redirects. So back to chat support, where upon support refuses to give me a url to view my site.

    Wants me to mess around with d with name servers with my other service or just out and out transfer. No amount if requesting and finally arguing, would get them to give me a simple rules to check my site. And therein us their business model, as far as I can work out, they don't want to be redirected to, they want you to transfer your domain name because when you see what they charge for renewals, that's where they really take you to the cleaners.

    Asked for a refund. Have not gotten it. Avoid.

    When I first learned about One.com's services I was a little reluctant to try it out. They offered me a domain and hosting for 25 cents for an entire year. Usually with cheaper hosting sites you don't get much in terms of tools.

    Much to my surprise I wound up with the same set of tools that I would get from one of the larger hosting companies (ie. GoDaddy, 1and1). Thus far it's been a great service for me, the only down side would be that registering a 2nd domain comes at full price and is a bit of a downer.

    While one.com may be appealing at first, I initially signed up because of the free domain offer, their support is poor as well as their service. Firstly, their support was poor and takes a while to respond, while my experience with other hosts is having issues resolved within minutes, it's been days and no progress has been made. When going on live chat with an issue, they simply tell you to "email them" and after that it takes days and possibly weeks to resolve your issue.

    My issue with them initially was them charging me without prior notification for a service I didn't even know I purchased from them. The issue had to be resolved by talking to my bank and having them dispute the transaction. For people who don't have a lot of spare time on their hands and just want to run their site, I would not recommend one.com.

    Honestly - I have rarely come against such incompetence. Firstly - I am unsure why they cannot find a secure way that doesnt involve me sending them a scanned paper signature when I want to make a change or set something up. Secondly - once I send the scan it seems to disappear into an unknown cloud of organisational uselessness.

    So nothing gets done. Thirdly - when asking what on earth is going on no one really seems to know. The product looks polished but there is little under the hood. I urge you to avoid this company and find another provider who seems to have more of a clue.

    one.com you get what you pay for. Only use it for simple low traffic websites, like 90% of all the sites in the world. Never use it for e-commerce (never)...

    because you are then financial reliable of an econmy hosting providers (massive, massive overselling. Only interest is to have as many customers as possible)
    If you have a high traffic website, they will slow down your services, or block, or say you need to move.... that's one.com.

    If Your Site url is shown on the news, or if gets viral.... your website will crash in seconds... because they do massive overselling they have strict resource limit/user (processor/memory) ...

    to protect all other clients on that server. A high quality hoster, mostly hosts 50 sites / server. Economy hosting providers, easily push 300 sites on 1 server.

    Fast servers, don't bog down like godaddys when Your Site is got allot of visitors or being worked on. Their support is top notch, get a response in matter of few hours if not quicker depending on the situation. They offer excellent features and they have made me a customer for life.

    I do wish they would use a cPanel interface instead of their own control panel for your site but their version is just as easy and user friendly as they come. Way to go one.com! I will defiantly be telling my friends and all others about your excellent services and even better prices!

    I had a very nice experience with one.com. while hosting my website there never was any trouble, and I don't think I've been warned in so many ways ever before that my website was shutting down because I didn't expand my membership. Why you ask?

    well, because I needed another web domain. Whenever I will have the time to work on a website I will again host this domain at one.com. Very good!

    I want to thank them for their great service and webhosting! I can't say that I ever encountered their tech support (which is a good thing of course) so I can't say anything about that. Sorry!

    one.com rocks reason, because I have hosted more than 10 domains in one.com and they're very nice and easy to to set up. The good thing about it is that it comes with a website package with good templates which makes it easier for beginners to host with ease. Nice control panel and email inbox.

    I use their services for 3 years. I can tell you that they are quite cheap and cost effective. I do not understand why a lot of people complain about customer support, whenever I needed the help of their support they were always online.

    You are only allowed one FTP account and one MySQL account, but both have 100% uptime and have never lost a file. You can only have one MySQL DataBase, too, which is bad.

    Non existant email support. The Live support Never works as no one is ever online. I set up a domain and emailed them about changing my name servers and no reply.

    Now I am stuck with a domain I can do nothing with until I can get them to cancel it. Is anyone even there??!

    This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. I was moved from a previous domain by our IT guy, and it was done without consulting me first, I don't even know why he moved as we had never had any problems before. Everything was fine the first year, but when the renewal went out I never received it and have now spent a month with their "Customer Services" who are absolutely useless.

    It took me about 2 weeks to find out that there was an unpaid bill because when I first contacted them they kept asking me to fill out a form and then another form and then a different form. Eventually I was told the renewal had not been paid but to date 2 different people have given me totally different information about how much I have to pay! Unbelievably incompetent company.

    Well, I thought I had found a good hosting provider because they were cheap. All I can say is if you have a simple website that you never update, don't need a database and don't use emails then it can be OK but after the first year you pay 33GBP a year and that is not cheap any more and you will get extremely basic services. If like me you have several active websites and you need to send and receive emails, update your website and use the database then forget it.

    What will happen is you will have days when nothing works and they disable chat so you are left on your own with no way to finding out what is going on and the next day when they have fixed the problem they will tell you your browser wasn't working and chat was and there were no problems with their systems. Problem is chat is now working on my browser and the technical problems I was having were with FTP, my web editor and my file administration system, I was getting errors. They will dismiss your problems, disable chat and tell you your imagining things.

    This is typical with them, they don't even ask you what browser you are using or should be using or why one day it works one day it doesn't and that kind of reply takes 24 hours! Today I was sending bulk emails to my subscribers, 250 every five minutes, right? Well it sent the first and then gave me errors for all the others.

    I spent one hour and a half talking to support and in the end they tried to convince me that there were four emails that were trying to resend 30 times and that violates their server policy so it could take 24 hours before I can send emails again, of any type! And they say this is no error, no bug, no problem and if I don't like their email policy I can go and find another email server to send email! Get it?

    Support works like this, they deny there are ever any problems, they give you short nonsensical answers and hope you go away, tell you to try again in 24 hours etc. In the end with my email it says not sent but it did send so now my sent box is telling me not sent but I know they were sent because I was copied in the email, but if I send emails it tells me not sent and then it sends two hours later! In the end they disconnected the chat which basically means that if email doesn't work go elsewhere, they have never solved a problem, their strategy is to make your support experience so pointless that you give up, take it or leave it one.com does not offer support, email, functioning db etc..It's not there sorry.

    Also with PHP if you try to export data it will try and insert stuff and will crash your browser, very dangerous behaviour. I live in panic mode with one.com and as you might have guessed I am running away, my only problem is that my accounts have different end dates so I will loose some money when I transfer my domains. My advice don't use one.com unless you really don't care about your website, one.com is a holding place for simple websites and nothing more. Hope this review helps.

    The support isn't the best. That said, it costs dirt cheap. If you want to host a website for $1, this is the place. Excellent services and control panel. They also give you a free SSL certificate.

    The support is one of the worst I have seen, I got passed around to 3 diffrent people to help me, but at the end they were not customer service oriented and did not help me at all. Do not recomend them. there are other and better and more professional companies out there

    bad support a lot of times (like now) my site is down, speed might be OK but not for long. the speed and down time issues hurts Google rankings. if you have a business that is more than a hobby than choose another hosting provider!!!!

    Terrible company to deal with. Don't be fooled by the low prices, as it also only allows the company to afford terrible customer service teams. Transferred domains and hosting from a previous provider, and it has taken 19days (without any confirmations) to find out that the transfer is still taking place, meaning the website and emails are completely out of action, losing the company money.

    Their response: "You should have made yourself aware of this before making the transfer". So basically, we don't care. Think twice. You have been warned.

    They are pretty framed, and if you need any support it will be hard or sometimes even impossible to resolve problems. Several times when I needed something to be done, I started long conversations with their support receiving only short answers and it usually ends up: we don't provide that kind of service, or even worse: this can not be done. I wish to underline that those were mostly basic request that any host could provide such as to access your email accounts via ftp (quite normal thing via cpanel) but no, at one.com they would say" you can not do that.

    we don't provide that kind of service. pretty frustrating.

    We have launched our new website. We also had two other domains with them. We like one.com because it's for professionals.

    There are many other providers who offer tons of options in their control panel, which is somehow designed for the beginners. If you are a professional go for one.com otherwise forget about it. Their control panel is very clean.

    They don't put too much junk option in their there. But they support almost every feature a web developer needs such as SHH, FTP, DNS, SSL, PHP, MySQL, unlimited emails, etc. They don't charge you for something you don't really need.

    Their websites are powered by wind turbines. That's one of our reasons for choosing them. They are not cheap, they are not expensive.

    They are reasonable They also give you a gift for the first year. They are always straight forward. Some people are talking about cancellation or auto-renewal policy which they believe it's tricky.

    No it's not! Just open your eyes and read what is written in FAQ and business terms and more importantly set your reminder for your important dates. We had
    some paperwork with one.com regarding our accounts and they were really straight forward and not tricky.

    Beside that their 24/7 online support is pretty well organized. The final note: Highly recommended for professionals...

    Very cheap, often good deals, 24/7 support (very helpful), and a very organized dashboard that's easy to work around. Plenty of good documentation, and if there's something you can't find, just ask them! Very satisfied thus far.

    Had one problem with downtime once, but they resolved it quickly. Heard other people with more traffic had more problems, but it has worked for me.

    I started with the domain because it seemed cheap and the website clean and easy to understand. That was all fine until it came to the yearly renewal. I was sent an email to warn me of this, but unfortunately i did not get this warning and then when they sent again, i wanted to cancel my subscription, but they would not let me.

    This was my email (removing hello and my name to end it... "I would like to Cancel my subscription to one.com. Regards". I don't think that i could be any more explicit!

    However, more than three months on and my account is still open, ready for the next renewal so that they can send a warning email that i may or may not receive and then take more money from me. Not just that, but they get to add £10 on to the bill if you do not receive / see another email as well. Also, as part of the cost is an automatic renewal charge of £6....

    which i clearly do not want! Altogether i am disgusted by the poor service, the rudeness and destain that they seem to treat customers with. It seems they don't want your service, but to catch you out so that they can make more money from you. I would Avoid one.com and search elsewhere unless you don't mind being stung!

    This is pretty cool host.Free for the First Year,I hope not to get robbed after the one year!! Just wordpress - one -click installation is in sufficient,however what ever are available are quiet cool. Difficult to set up scripts.

    Excellent customer care response,especially the chat. Web-builder is a
    bit sluggish and may take a little while for a newbie to get acclimatised.Security excellent.an I will stick
    to them as much as I can. If they are not going to overcharge me for the Hosting,hell they are cool!!

    Overall, a pleasant experience so far. Letsguide.it needs to catchup a zillion,it would be great if they were
    to add affiliate management. Verdict-go for it,they are genuine.

    one.com sucks, why, because they don't support php properly i write website and i have a email form page that wont work on there hosts, it will work on all other web hosts iv tested out over the years, when i emailed them to ask why they said its my code in my php file, funny how my code is direct from w3c.org and has also been check by stack overflow guess what my code is perfect, they don't seem to know what there doing, there site wizard hides a ton of adverts in your web pages and on top of that there was the same pages complete with all there adds on my computer and iv never even downloaded anything from them ever, all iv done is uploaded pages that i wrote in notepad ++ so how the hell did there webpages full of there own adverts for the hosting get on my computer, and on top of all this they also made it very hard to move my domain name away from them to another provider, it took 3 days of a lot of messing about, stay away from them unless you are stupid and know very little about websites.

    I was with One.com for 3 years but was never entirely happy with them. They are a Danish company and the hosting is cheap, but their admin is expensive. They have a 24/7 online chat service but the operators have limited English knowledge, either they give short answers that do not answer your question, or they keep sending bits of text referring to the terms of contract.

    When I left them they charged me to close the account, and wanted £50 to transfer my own registered website from off their servers to another provider. No phone numbers to contact their office, and email communication is difficult as they don't understand questions.

    I have used one.com for years..... they are so cheap and easy to use... but it ends there.

    Host your website with one.com but god forbid dont get any traffic or they will suspend your domain without warning! i guess you get what you pay for....

    I have an hosting plan hosted by one.com and the quality is level zero ! I recommend other hoster because uptime is really low and I think the media does not respond properly to customer requests, more hidden conditions that bind you has closed this hoster!

    I have been trying out many hosts and none of them suited my needs. One.com was the only web host that had excellent support that answers within 24hours. They helped me solve problems that were occurring on my site such as slow page load which they fixed it within hours.

    Uptime has been great so far and I haven't noticed any downtime yet. I recommend everyone to try this host

    I'm disgusted by the poor service and dodgy tricks that this One.com, a Dubai-Based company is using to get customers to renew automatically the subscription. Creating an account is easy and not expensive but when it comes to stop using them, you need to cancel the auto subscription by sending an email. In my case they sent letter by post (to my old address) and their emails went to my spams box.

    As their do not use the phone, their is no one to call you. After contacting them, they only write basic and standard email to remind you about the 30 days and T&Cs ! Automatic renewal is NOT clearly highlighted on their website and the process should be more straight forward ! My tip: Avoid one.COM !

    I have used many different web hosters. I host a number of websites. All I can say is that one.com has beaten them all for me.

    The website is easy to use. The features they provide are excellent. The 24/7 immediate chat and service is better than any other that I have used.

    On top of that their prices are great. I haven't noticed any down time. Today I am wandering if they can host my business videos but if they don't they still do what I expect from and ISP to host my website and manage my emails very well!

    Uptime has been excellent for the several sites that i have had using one.com

    It's not particularly feature rich but the one that they have are well implemented and it is easy to use. If you contact to support they can provide you with the link to a site that show how to do manual installations of the popular products and they also provide you with some good generators that can you paste on Your Site. They do not support SSL Certificates which was a bit of bummer and pretty much make running a ecommerce business with them impractical.

    Support has always is been good or above. they have helped me with my domain registration when i spell it wrong in the other case, re-registered the product as i put in the totally wrong name. I'm Pretty sure that don't have to do this but it is not problem for them. This hosting is really cheap and great value for your money

    One.com is a great domain/host provider! I saw their special offer where you can get a free domain & hosting for the first year which was an awesome deal so I bought it. When I bought this offer I was given a friendly tutorial on how to use their interface since this was helpful cause I was more used to using cpanel.

    Their interface was easy to navigate and I was able to do one click install on various web scripts like wordpress, joomla, drupal etc... They answer support quite quickly and up time has been great for the past few months. Keep up the great work one.com you'll make new customers love you!

    I have been hosting my site with one.com for 2 years. First year was awesome but now it is Horrible! The customer service is a joke.

    I have been dealing with a mistake they made for the past 3 months and they still can't figure it out. They just keep charging me over and over again after I have made the payment 2 times. I would highly NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

    Bad experiences with one.com. Aggressive with subscriptions, had to pay 50 euro's extra because I didn't cancel the automatic renewal of the contract in time... Bad service and use of Only one database...
