Great and easy service with a really helpful live chat customer service. At first I was a bit afraid it was going to be hard to use but after a few minutes I realized just how easy it is to find your way around the admin area. As this is my first website, I found loads of helpful documents online to assist with getting my Word Press website up and running with Siteground. They also have their own too! Really easy if you have a Word Press site. Definitely recommend it!
Like everyone else in IM space I was following some 'said' gurus and made some hosting accounts with some services which made me 'blue' or tried to eat my profits like a 'gator'. Needless to say, by this time I had learnt a lot with self-learning and started exploring all 'reviews' with mixed feelings. At that point I found SiteGround with their discounted offer and after going through tons of reviews, bought the deal. It was the BEST decision and I continue to extend my hosting. What I especially love is the support team who is very concerned to fix all the issues that you have. I like that everyone is cross-trained to handle multiple types of issues and in worst case scenario they are always ready to open support tickets to engage L3 teams. You may have queries for billing and technical and the same person may help you with both. LOVE SITEGROUND FOR KEEPING CROSS-TRAINED WORKFORCE and keep support the best!
If anyone will ever ask me about what makes SiteGround stand apart among other hosting companies, the answer can easily be their excellent customer service. I'm impressed by their customer support.
I have got 2 accounts with Site ground hosting. I have got websites which receive huge traffic, so it needs a good uptime and a robust hosting which can handle huge realtime. They have got a lot of tools in addition with the hosting for speeding things up, and EU based servers (in London and Amsterdam) are one of the best add-ons.
I bought cloud hosting and what I liked about their cloud plans was that you can choose where you want to locate your data center and I got a lot of options like United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Daily backups and advanced server monitoring are totally user-friendly and the most impressionable thing was the Joomla and WP Optimizations they gave.
When it comes to Loading time, it was relatively fast and stable, the integration of cPanel and account portal worked beautifully and the customer support was really patient and helpful.
Overall, if you are looking for a reliable hosting and great uptime. No second thoughts, go with Siteground.

Customer Support is awesome. Great but whole navigation and frontal looks needs to changed. It should be more user friendly, aesthetic and DoItYourself Menu because colorful and easy to navigate with less text always attract customers. There shouldn't be more lengthy FAQs and texts.Though hats off for your timely and prompt customer support and action.
I've been using Siteground for a very long time now; I'm not really sure how long I've used it...it seems like at least 10 years. I'm a casual user; my websites are for personal purposes -- but I find great value in the services and options available at an affordable price (especially since none of my sites receive particularly heavy traffic. The tech support is phenomenal -- every problem I've ever had has been solved in less than 10 minutes through chat -- I have never been disappointed. I used to manage a webhosting service in the early 2000s, and I only wish that we had even an inkling of the support available that Siteground offers. Totally professional; timely, courteous, and competent.

SiteGround provides solid secure hosting with all the features I need to manage my websites and emails. Also, they provide fast professional support. Would be nice to see the convenience of being able to get Google Apps, here. But, I am nit picking.

Once again I was faced with an issue that I thought would be difficult. Once again Sitegound support were able to make it simple. Great support in very short time I just ask about a simple information on how to change the URL of current wordpress web site well, for me its not simple at all I am not really familiar with that, the technical supporter of siteground tell me how to do it and he do it fo me too which help me a lot to do the work for my client. He fixed my issue very quickly! I am very impressed with all SiteGround support. I have contacted them 3 times and all three were very helpful. The first time my Internet provider need to open and move some information for the admin panels to work and SiteGround helped diagnose the problem. The second time my computer has and issue and I lost connection but the SiteGround support person was working on it. And finally I had an issue WP admin panel that they needed to fix and it was done in a couple of minutes. Great Support!

I've hosted my website with another company for 14 years. My site is small and doesn't get much traffic. They did a wonderful job as far as no downtime, but their customer service was always snarky when answering simple questions and their spam filters were awful. I had to set-up too many filters and still I received 100s of spam emails/day. I finally had enough and moved everything to Siteground.

Can it get any easier? I was connected with a support agent in less than 2 minutes. We worked on the issue and got it resolved within 10 minutes. I had a great experience with the live chat, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the products and website info. I am switching from 1and1 do to server issues not wanting to play with a couple Wordpress plugins. She even ran a site check showing me the current speeds as compared to Siteground's. I just switched over my hosting provider from godaddy, because their system was convoluted, and their support was not helpful at all. Siteground made it EXTREMELY easy to transfer my site from my other host.
I had 2 technical issues, one where my site would not be pushed live from the staging tool and another where my CPanel did not load correctly. BOTH times, your support has been invaluable! I had never had this type of support elsewhere.

SiteGround has been very helpful when my sites have been the targets of attacks. I am notified of very high usage and when I use the chat to let SiteGround know it is probably an attack they figure it out in minutes, block the attackers, restore my usage capacity and make it right all so quickly, while being professional and friendly. Although it took a second chat contact with tech support (because I never received the login details email the first time), SiteGround's support was excellent and they solved all of my issues quickly and accurately. Also, my setting up hosting of my web site on the SiteGround site was extremely easy as well. I highly recommend them for web hosting needs.
Alex helped me get Outlook back up again after I had to wipe my laptop and re-image it.
The Outlook wizard was a bit clumsy and the mistakes I made did not create helpful error messages.
Alex rapidly checked that I had the right IMAP settings and patiently waited while I went thru the stages, this time with success.

In my first few days at launching the website with very little technical knowledge the process has been so unbelievably smooth. I have a couple of sites running there and their support has been excellent for the 2 years I've been using them.
The support chat is fast and technically savvy. I got my domain DNS settings checked and fixed in 15 minutes, something that takes forever on some other shared hosts.
There haven't been any major outages or problems. WordPress sites are super fast. Recommend!

The support has always been very good - i find the chat support to be quickly available, and usually very helpful and efficient. Today i needed some quick help and I got assistance that was above and beyond. I learned some new things, the support rep Radostin waited and walked me through it all. This makes Siteground the better choice from all the others i've worked with.
I was having a headache not being able to do the email SMTP settings for a software app I am using and I needed to configure the email settings from my cPanel account with SitegRound.
Rumen made it so easy is not even funny. I just sent him two screen shots of the problems I was having, he even allowed me to let him access into my software so he could do the settings for me inside a private software outside SiteGround. I have had to contact support a few times as I am very new to hosting so to be honest most of the time have no idea what I m doing. They are incredibly helpful. The site is easy to understand to use even for someone like me who is new to it all. I believe it is definitely worth the money fot th esupport alone. What I can say about SiteGround? Great host with even greater team of people which always put so many effort to help you out with any issue. They will never let you stay with a problem longer then couple of hours so you are sure your website is running all the time. I had a billing issue, I noticed a renewal on a domain that I was plannning to change his plan.
The support answered me immediately, in a minute understood the problem and in a second gave me the solution.
Before ending the conversation the problem was fixed and I could continue with my work.

I chatted with a couple of folks yesterday while tryng to setup a secure ftp connecton from my desktop. I wanted to use WINSCP (just because I already had it on my desktop).
Your folks were very helpful pointing me to documentation but in the end, they help files did not answer the questions I had.
- You have configuration for WINSCP but it was incomplete. It did not clearly establish which account to use and how to tie this to the ssh key pair I generated.
- Your CPanel ftp accounts does not address secure ftp accounts at all (Why would you not push people to secure connections???).
In the end, I finally "dinked" around enough to find something that works. You need to update your documentation because taking bits from 3 or 4 help pages (often out of date) is not very helpful
Do not use SiteGround if you value your money. They will always try to get into your pocket in any ways. I had a site and they kept forcing me to upgrade - I was having their top Cloud package and they couldn't even handle 100 concurrent users. Pathetic.
Then I try to get a backup of my sites in order to move to a new host, then they tell me to pay 80 EUR. Yeah right.
Don't use Siteground.

I had been confused with the domain registration process, because I am currently transferring one domain name, and in the future three more that will point to this domain. Gabriela patiently explained the process to me.
