I chatted with support this afternoon. I did not have to wait long to get a response (1 minute). Even though I didn't get my problem solved but the experience was good. The tech support helped me as best he could and offered some other suggestions that were out of his hands.

I think SiteGround is an excellent hosting provider. I have had issues here and there, but customer service has always been there to provide excellent support. I never have to wait long for a representative, and my issues are handled in a timely manner.

Siteground customer service is extremely responsive and quick. Most of my questions (I've asked probably 8 since signing up) have been answered within 5-10 minutes, and they provide direct links to articles and resources to help you. To me, paying a little more for the Grow Big account has already paid itself off in the little amount of time it takes to get answers from the support team.
This is the best hosting company I've ever dealt with, and I'm a Web Designer. I'll stick with them for a while. :)
My chat service was all that could be expected. My first two initial attempts at contacting your company were dissappointing however. The 1st was a phone system that did not work for me.
Press 2 for sales did nothing. The 2nd was filling out a sales inquiry ticket. filled it out with all my questions (took me a while) and then it failed at end because I was not signed in.
But I could not sign in because it was my 1st visit. See? smiles So my time and effort were lost and waisted.
My 3rd attempt got me the chat which was fine. Another general point. I'm a novice using WordPress to layout pages.
Everywhere I go in the tech field online is specific language that is used when YOU are marketing your services. But the novice, me, does not know what some of that language even means. You, like most engineers I've ever met, design from your own mindset rather than that of your customers; at least some of your customers like me.
So you confuse me about understanding your services because too many things are assumed about my knowledge set vs your own. Your Site marketing does not serve me as well as experts. I understand most of your clients probably are experts.
But you and most others could do better by serving the novice better too. You should pay me for that advice. :-) or give me a free site. just kidding.

I mean, there are many offers out there, and for everything you want you can get a spec more that would meet a particular demand. Siteground have every feature at the top of requirements and win it all when it's difficult where it's difficult… Support!
They don´t make the site for you (I think) but save it if you lost it (and I'm not talking of Backup). They Had done it for me… more than once!

I set up a SiteGround account for WordPress hosting and I've been really impressed with their services. Their UI is intuitive, their WP wizard install is quick and painless, online support pages are extensive and easy to find answers. Most of all when you can't figure out a problem their support is outstanding.
I've used their online chat and never waited more than a few minutes for a support agent. My problems have been identified and a solution found very quickly. They live up to their claim "Amazing technical support is our pride".

Very pleased! After much research and comparison of reviews/fetures, we elected to move our hosting to SiteGround. The migration (handled by SG Team) was fast and flawless.
Our site load time is now very consistent, and is substantially faster! It was averaging/fluctuating between 2.3s - 8.4s, and now it is staying around 1.1s. We had some difficulty getting the SSL situation handled, and did not realize we needed to reset MX records, but it all was resolved through excellent customer support.

I heard about Siteground from searching the top web hosting providers in google. I had a bad experience with my previous host provider , it was expensive , a lot of downtime and the customer support was just average ( been with them for 12 years ). So in my search Siteground came out in the top 5 in a few sites based on the user feedback / reviews.
Customer support in siteground is 110 percent , it cleared up all my questions regarding the hosting services. I was worried since my domain name was registered on another site but they helped me through the process of making sure the migration is perfect. The site uptime or site loading is also very good.
Probably the best in what I have experienced so far ( I have tried the other companies as well ). As for value the price is justified. I was shocked it was even cheaper than my previous host even with all the additional features.

I have just moved my business website hosting to siteground, based on the good reviews they had on the net. I have to say the support so far has been excellent, my website was transferred for me with very little fuss and quickly. I had difficulty transferring my e-mail account but again this was transferred for me by a member of the support team very quickly.

I have several client sites hosted through SiteGround and have always had the best help when error messages and the like come up. The online chats with their tech support has always been great and I've never had to wait more than a couple mins for someone to respond. The cPanel is easy to navigate as well. So much to love about working with them.
The renewal costs are seriously extortionate. I was about to move to year 2 and they are double what I would pay for an equivalent service with GoDaddy. This is so frustrating after enjoying being a customer of yours for a year.
I just feel as though this is damaging your customers perception of you. I wouldn't recommend you to my network now because of this. A gradual increase I can deal with, but £47 to £179 is not acceptable.

One of the most important reasons for any of us is the site performance, and how much time it will take for your site to open for new visitors.

The hosting speed is good and the User interface of the host control panel is very user friendly a well. I would recommend them to new users who want speed great support and easy to use interface.

I am very impressed with SiteGround's 24/7 chat support technicians. I've had an ongoing problem of being unable to publish my sites and have spent time online chat several days this week. I wish I could give their support 1000 stars. They answer immediately and are thorough - sometimes, they even go above and beyond SiteGround's responsibilities with their help. I wouldn't use anyone else to host my websites. They also have fantastic sign-up deals - and if you need to transfer from another host, they talk you through it.
I can't rank up time and features and stuff yet because I've just switched over, but so far I've had about five reasons to contact their customer service. I've been too busy to do chats, so I've sent in messages/emails for service help and every single time I've had a response in under one hour.
